The motor show in the USA bought the Russian robots for car sales in the conditions of epidemic

On March 19, 2020 the Russian company Promobot  announced deliveries of the robots to the American car showroom Primary Motors which thanks to the purchased automated equipment expects to reduce the number of contacts between sellers and buyers in coronavirus propagation conditions.

The Promobot robot  helps visitors of a motor show to select the suitable machine, advising them on the provided models, complete sets and the prices and also helping to make correct the decision.

The robot is installed in the salon hall, welcomes all visitors and begins a conversation with them. After communication with people the robot if it is necessary, sends them to the manager for signing of the contract on acquisition of the vehicle.

According to the development director of Promobot company  Oleg Kivokurtsev, the robot does not make mistakes which to inherent people: for example, it does not confuse technical characteristics of similar cars. Besides. the robot is not ill and is not tired, can communicate as much as necessary long. It significantly will help automobile dealers, he considers.

We have not a really big dealer center, but potential buyers in day comes much. Load of managers high —  Petter Gallant says Primary Motors service manager. — The robot helps to optimize sales process — clients start anew to communicate with it, and the manager is connected already at final stages of an execution of the transaction. So we do not lose clients who had to wait earlier when the person is released.

The first robot seller in car showroom Primary Motors appeared thanks to cooperation with Promobot and iClone Robotics Inc companies and a motor show.  The multifunction center  of Promobot company opened in the State of Pennsylvania is engaged in maintenance of the robot. ^[1]
