Biography

Born in 1969 in Moscow. He graduated in 1992 from the Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation with a degree in Electronic Computing Machines.

For 8 years he was engaged in the development and implementation of Western banking systems in Russia, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium and England, having gone from a developer to a project manager.

In 2001-2003 he worked in the Banking Technologies Department of the Bank of Moscow.

In 2003-2004, he headed the Department of Information Technology, and then the Department of Information and Banking Technologies of KMB-Bank.

In 2004, he successfully passed the Certified Information System Auditor exam.

From 2004 to October 2010 - Director of the Information Technology Department of the Rusfinans Group. During his work, the group deployed a contact center with more than 750 jobs and providing service to more than 2.5 million phone calls per month. An infrastructure has been developed and implemented that supports the operation of 60 regional offices and more than 10 thousand points of sale. Infrastructure, technological and organizational integration was successfully carried out within the framework of the Rusfinance group of Rusfinance LLC, Promek-Bank and SCT Bank. The application architecture has been implemented, which currently provides processing of more than 1.5 million loans.

2011-2013 - Deputy General Director of R-Style Softlab for Strategic Development.

In May 2013, he joined Trust Bank as Managing Director for Information Technology and Business Methodology. In early 2014, he joined the board of Trust Bank.

In 2021 - Head of Analytics Development Promsvyazbank

He was chairman of the Business Communication Club of Banking Chief information officers (CIOBANK Club).

In November 2023 - Director of Information Technologies of the St. Petersburg Currency Exchange (SPVB).

Married. Brings up a daughter.
