Pavlik will start digital mountain plant in Magadan

Customers: Pavlik, Gold mining company

Contractors: VIST Group
Product: VG Karier Intellectual pit Automated control system for the Mining-transport complex
Second product: VG Drill

Project date: 2019/08  - 2020/02

On April 1, 2020 the Vist Group company (enters into Tsifra Group) announced that within system implementation Pit on the Pavlik field in the Magadan region, will be automated management of a mining-transport complex and also security systems of the movement are implemented.

In the nearest future JSC PAVLIK is planned construction and commissioning of the second queue of GOKA with double increase in power of processing of ore and production not less than 12 tons of gold a year. In plans of the company to enter in TOP-5 the largest gold mining companies of Russia.

JSC Pavlik

For implementation of such ambitious plans by the management of JSC PAVLIK the decision on implementation of a modern management system for mining-transport workshop based on the digital Pit system from VIST Group company was made (enters into Tsifra Group). This system will configure operation of all career equipment, and using dynamic optimization will allow to distribute dump trucks along routes according to multicriteria approach of map development.

With the help programmatically-hardware a complex Drill drilling parameters are controlled and also the charge of wells using data retrieveds of power consumption is modelled. Drill provides design of a grid of wells and high-precision guidance (centimetric accuracy) of drilling rigs with use GLONASS/GPS.

All information on operation of career machines is transferred online, it gives the chance of monitoring and correction of a production cycle in real time that allows to increase production volumes the current number of the equipment. A system reveals unsafe transactions, such as speeding, idle times and also carries out the assessment of drivers and operators on the basis of their performance during change. Control of parameters of operation and a status of mining machines allow to prevent breakdowns and to maximize error-free running time of the equipment.

At the first stage under system management all operating career equipment, including the equipment of contractors will get. At the second stage after the approval by the financing bank of the project of the second queue of GOKA "Pavlik", all arriving career equipment under the project of expansion will also get under system management. As a result more than 150 pieces of equipment from which 20 excavators, 98 dump trucks and also drilling rigs with high-precision positioning, front-end loaders, bulldozers and other auxiliary transport will be covered.

System implementation Pit will allow not only to optimize work of GOKA, but also to increase efficiency of the performed works approximately by 10% that will lead to increase in the general extraction of ore at all enterprise,

Also equipment of the wheel equipment by pressure control systems in buses, and dump trucks and loaders the security system of the movement preventing collisions is planned. It consists of a set of the cameras and radars installed on the mountain equipment, and all information is transferred to the monitor installed in a cabin. As a result the driver receives visual and sound indication about dangerous rapprochement on distance of 30 meters with different objects: mountain equipment, people, boulders, columns and other stationary constructions, constructions.
