2020: Start of service of payment of a tip to couriers at contactless delivery
On April 2, 2020 the company i-Retail announced that it adapted the service "a tip the card" for requirements of courier services. Now anyone can leave a tip to the courier, without using cash and without the need for personal contact. The tips.i-retail service allows to leave a tip the card even from the simplest – "unadvanced" smartphones, including, not supporting reading QR code by the camera or without module NFC, so not allowing to do payment through Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Service works in two modes: QR payment and SMS payment.
