Ural Energy Sales Company Limited Liability Company (Uralenergosbyt LLC) is a joint venture of PJSC Fortum and JSC Energy sales company 'Vostochny' formed by the parties on a parity basis. Since July 1, 2019, Uralenergosbyt LLC has been operating as a guaranteeing supplier of electricity in, Chelyabinsk region with the exception of the territory of the Magnitogorsk power generation center. In January 2020, the guaranteeing supplier (GP) of electric energy Uralenergosbyt LLC and the unified heat supply organization (ETO) of Ural-Siberian Thermal Power Company - Chelyabinsk JSC entered into an agency agreement.
