The Russian Field agroholding implements Morigan.Lean management system

On April 16, 2020 it became known that the Pavlovskaya poultry farm entering into Russian Field agroholding announced system implementation of resource management of workshop on production (SURTs) Morigan.Lean.

UK "Russian Field" continues cooperation from Matller companies, developed a system video analysts of MORIGAN. And after an exit of SURTs, the following release of Morigan.Lean, top management of agroholding was declared the solution to implement a system with more advanced functionality on the platform "Vladimir Poultry Farm".

Pavlovsk poultry farm is the first poultry farm which implemented artificial intelligence on production and continues to optimize processes on production using the innovative solutions. SURTs can help owners and leadership team to see all hidden resources of the production.

It is possible to be convinced of efficiency of SURTs after the first months of implementation. The payback will be 1-1.5 years. It occurs thanks to: to increase in profit of the company on 15% up to 50% (due to performance improvement of work and increase in production volumes), to increase in loyalty of employees in the company, to reduction of a downtime of the equipment from 30%, to decrease in terms of adaptation of new employees, economy on FOT (optimization of number of employees).

A system will allow to perform online monitoring of work of employees at all levels. At the level of workers of the pipeline, the solution will allow: collect statistics on labor productivity of each employee, automatically determine a type of products, control observance of production schedules, define quality of laying of products, the time spent for a workplace. Collected data, will allow the foreman to control online processes on production.

The solution will allow to control work of masters in the following criteria: accomplishment of orders in time during change, time for order fulfillment; contrastive analysis on development of masters; efficiency of the created command the master. The Russian development will provide the staff of the Pavlovsk poultry farm with information on the fact and a downtime of the equipment.

The resource management system of workshop will give to the company an opportunity of the automated reading of barcodes and QR codes by transfer of finished goods from make-to-stock production of finished goods. The exception of manual work when reading barcodes will allow poultry farm to increase the speed of process of transfer of finished goods by a warehouse, to optimize the number of employees on this section, to exclude errors because of "a human factor".

System developers say that the analytical information created in the interface will allow management of poultry farm to obtain information online on accomplishment of orders; equipment downtime; contrastive analysis on development of employees, workshops, and the reporting provided online will be output to the production screen for operational acceptance of management decisions. Also a system gives an opportunity to pay work of workers according to their real deposit to the general result.^[1]
