2020: Ensuring remote issue of sick leave notes in the south

In five regions of the Southern Federal District and North Caucasus federal district "Rostelecom" provides issue sick leave notes via the Uniform portal state of services (EPGU). In total since the beginning of 2020 in the south about 45 thousand people seized the opportunity to receive the document far off. Are engaged in the organization of process Ministry of Labour and Social insurance fund, provides technical capability national digital provider. Dynamics of appeals to this service since January, 2020 shows its high demand in regions. So, in the Rostov region for April 23, 2020 more than 14 thousand documents, in the Astrakhan region – about 13 thousand are processed. In the Republic of Adygea more than 12 thousand, in Dagestan about 1.4 thousand and in Kabardino-Balkaria – more than 4.5 thousand people used service.

I am glad that we managed to adjust process of remote issue before emergence of epidemiological strength in the south. In the period of epidemic it is especially relevant. Our company from the very beginning of existence of the Uniform portal of public services is engaged in digitization of all administrative and organizational processes connected with interaction of the population and the state of our country with the purpose to make them simpler, more clear, more well and quicker. In turn, the governor of the Rostov region Vasily Golubev noted that in the region transition on electronic sick-lists began in 2017.

During this time together with Rostelecom and its partners we did a great job. As a result the Rostov region entered in top-5 Russia on number of the medical organizations which are issued by electronic sick-lists. This remote service in the conditions of self-isolation is relevant and popular, – the head of the region emphasized.

To receive the electronic sick-list, it is enough to issue the request on the Gosuslug portal and to attach electronic copies of all necessary documents. Runaway will be directed to Social insurance fund which after confirmation will transfer him to the medical organization for execution of the digital version of the sick leave note to the patient.

Rostelecom the order of the government of April 28, 2017 is appointed the only contractor on development of infrastructure of the electronic government, carried out within implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation "Information society (2011-2020)".
