2020: Creation of electronic archive of documents based on the Etla platform

On May 13, 2020 the Atlas Soft company reported that the Lensk enterprise of the thermal and electric networks ("Lensk "PTES") put into operation electronic archive of documents on the Etla platform.

During upgrade of the enterprise by the management the decision on creation of transparent and secure storage location of all documents of the company was made. For the solution of this task specialists, having browsed a number of the systems of electronic archive, stopped the choice on the solution of Atlas Soft company as it completely approached under the solution of assigned tasks, namely:

• Independent and simple creation and management of structure of archive of documents.
• Existence of a possibility of fast import of documents and also institutions in the system of documents from the scanner.
• The convenient and configured document retrieval.
• Support of version control of documents.
• Existence of a subsystem of work with subscriber agreements.
• Formation of cards of partners with a binding to it of agreements and connected documents.
• The organization and accounting in storage system of copies of originals of documents.
• Possibility of simple independent system implementation.

Specialists of the enterprise created structure of archive in a system, configured cards for all types of the stored documents, created required reference books, configured user groups and set access rights to these groups to different parts of archive. Created the register of subscriber agreements and partners with the history of relationship.

Implementation of electronic archive allowed the company to change cardinally approach to work with documents due to receiving the centralized archive as the documents (technical regulating, project and personnel), and their graphic copies, with a flexible subsystem of search, thereby considerably having simplified work to the employees. Also it was succeeded to get rid of long search and loss of documents completely.
