Partners of TopLog company – IT smart systems – completed the works on implementation of a single system of network management of geographically distributed warehouses for Polyus Gold Group, – the gold mining enterprise in Russia. The solution TopLog WMS is deployed on all warehouse objects of group in Krasnoyarsk Krai. The project gained further development in the Far East of the Russian Federation.

The geographically-distributed structure and identity of business processes of divisions of Polyus Gold Group, maintaining an inventory control by forces of service of accounting, different industry orientation of warehouses (MTS, 3PL) and the wide list of assortment groups, need of integration with several information systems of the top level defined feature of the project and need of system approach to project implementation as only effective solution taking into account specifics and complexity of a business challenge of the Customer.

The project team carried out the analysis of the used IT technologies and warehouse processes, the architecture and requirements to a network management system of geographically distributed warehouses are developed, the implementing solution technique on warehouse objects of the Customer is created. As a software platform the solution of TopLog WMS of TopLog company was selected. The WMS systems setup, implementation of data exchange between WMS and five information systems of the Customer, delivery of the specialized equipment, personnel training, testing and start of a system to commercial operation became the next step on creation and implementing solution on management of warehouse logistics of Polyus Gold Group.

In the project progress consolidation in a common information space of the warehouse complexes "Lesosibirsk" and "Eruda-Blagodatnoye" (more than 20 warehouses), corporate command centers in Krasnoyarsk and Moscow was executed, the relevant consolidated statements on all warehouse objects of the region is provided. The management system in real time manages operating activities of the automated warehouses on the standardized business processes.

The solution of a complex of tasks of resource optimization became a key project deliverable: reduction of time for accomplishment of warehouse and transport cargo processing, effective work planning and process management in warehouses of MTS, implementation of the automated billing of the rendered services, accounting of development of employees of working time, accuracy of work and independence of expert knowledge of warehouse personnel.

Automation of warehouse economy of Polyus Gold Group in the territory of Krasnoyarsk Krai was executed in 6 months. Project works on scaling of the solution on objects of group in the Far East are conducted.
