Based on the held tender for the choice of integrator and system provider of management of a warehouse, the TopLog company and the solution TopLog WMS as the most corresponding shown by the Communist Party committee company, to requirements became the winner: experience of automation of high-intensity warehouses, possibility of a multiinventory control, open program code, performance and scalability of the solution.

In addition to automation of warehouse processes, one of the main objectives of the project was training of a team of the customer in the principles of configuring of TopLog WMS for ensuring independent post-project maintenance and replication of a system.

As pilot objects for implementation were selected the central warehouse from Nizhny Novgorod and a consolidation warehouse from Moscow.

Thanks to harmonious actions of commands TopLog and Partkom, worked well to automate in the terms allotted by the project a full stroke of warehouse business processes taking into account specific features of the customer, having provided start of a system on New Year's holidays (the only days in a year when the warehouse of Partkom company does not work).

System implementation of TopLog WMS allowed Partkom company to increase efficiency of a warehouse, to provide the high level of logistics service and to reduce cost value of accomplishment of warehouse transactions.

Further support and replication of a system it was performed completely by forces of IT department of Partkom company that essentially reduced the aggregate value of the project and provided independence of integrator.

For June, 2020 the TopLog WMS system manages 26 warehouses of the customer which are conducted in uniform base of the WMS solution. The total quantity of at the same time working users in a system reaches 600, and the number of the processed orders in day exceeds 100,000.

The project on automation of warehouses of Partkom company showed not only the high level of scalability and reliability of the TopLog WMS system, but also its functionality which are most considering customer requirements.
