Litas of Ra (beer company) (TopLog WMS)

Automation of the warehouse "from scratch" of Litas of Ra company was carried out by partners TopLog – IT Group – taking into account the last requirements for implementation of a goods turnover of the marked alcoholic products for the Unified State Automated Information System 3.0.

From the very beginning of work of a warehouse of the customer control of all warehouse business processes is exercised using TopLog WMS. It allows to avoid the typical errors and failures inherent to non-automated warehouses or using the outdated WMS systems.

• In a warehouse of Litas of Ra company pomarochny account of alcoholic products for the purpose of full control of a goods turnover of hard liquors is kept: the excise stamp becomes attached to a specific bottle.
• TopLog WMS allows to perform goods acceptance from software suppliers to the Unified State Automated Information System system of versions 2.0 or 3.0. In the warehouse of Litas of Ra company the Unified State Automated Information System 3.0 is used.
• In the accompanying documentation to the accepted and sold products not only the name, but also number of the brand, and quantity is specified. On a box from goods two labels are placed: the label of a box and the QR code with information on products which are contained in a box.
• Use of the shipping documentation considerably simplifies and accelerates implementation of all warehouse processes.
• The WMS system blocks acceptance of alcohol which code costs on a remaining balance in other organization.
• In TopLog WMS up-to-date data on products remaining balance are always reflected in a warehouse, a possibility of accounting of expiration dates.
• In addition to pomarochny accounting in a warehouse per copy and serial account, simultaneous accounting of tertiary packaging as container with unique copies and as packagings with the set nesting level when planning transactions is kept.

The modern warehouse management system will allow Litas of Ra company to implement all the ambitious plans and to develop actively in the Russian alcoholic market.
