"A101" manages sales using a 1C system: CRM

2020: Transition to a 1C system: CRM

On June 9, 2020 the 1C-Rarus company reported that A101 Group completed transition to 1C:CRM. A system is integrated with accounting programs, telephony, the website, call-tracking and a digital mortgage.

A system in which account of transactions and sales was kept earlier had a number of architectural shortcomings. It was necessary to create end-to-end accounting and the continuity of key business processes, to simplify information input, to minimize duplication of transactions and additional reconciliations and to be integrated seamlessly with Avaya telephony.

For the solution of assigned tasks the software product is selected 1C:CRM. The project is implemented by forces of Department information technologies of A101 Group. After preparatory work transfer to the updated system happened in one day without stopping of workflows. by 1C:CRM it is integrated with programs "1C: Accounting" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management", with telephony Avaya Aura and the website of the company.

During the project subsystems are developed and implemented:

  • Real Estate. It is used for accounting of a real estate and their characteristics, selection of a real estate for armoring and the subsequent sale.
  • Marketing. The subsystem is responsible for budgeting, pricing, discounts, accounting and expense control for advertizing.
  • Clients. Call acceptance, obtaining requests from different sources of advertizing, planning and accounting of customer interactions is recorded customer appeals.
  • Transactions. Bargains on a residential and commercial real estate are concluded and made out, additional services for buyers are made out.
  • Mortgage. The subsystem is used for consultation of clients concerning mortgage lending and is integrated with aggregators on a mortgage.
  • Document flow. The subsystem helps to route document packages, to register agreements of individual share and to make out the property rights.
  • Lease. In a subsystem transactions on lease of a real estate form.
  • Customer service. It is used for object passing of the real estate to clients and aftersales service.

Project Results:

  • End-to-end accounting of sales process "call-meeting-transaction" with return of the buyer to a funnel at each stage is provided. The uniform calendar of customer interactions is implemented. Work with failures is automated.
  • Load distribution on scheme "Equitable distribution" managers is automated.
  • Double-sided integration with the website for armoring and payment of transactions online is implemented.
  • Integration with internet- acquiring call-tracking, a digital mortgage is configured.
  • Mobile application for demonstration of apartments by transfer to the client is developed.
  • Jobs of managers and heads of divisions are developed. All key indicators are controlled on the basis of widgets.
  • The system of assessment of managers and calculation of KPI of employees is implemented.
  • The system of personal data protection of clients is implemented.
  • Formation of printed forms is automated. The designer of agreements who allows to collect in regime of the user the agreement from in advance prepared parts – subtemplates is developed. For June, 2020 more than 500 templates are used.
  • Routing of document packages is configured. The mechanism registers location of document packages which are transferred to territorially remote departments of the company and third parties.
