Founders and management

Atlantis was created in 1997 by Evgeny Melnik, the co-founder and the former technical director of the company Croc.

Among company executives also appeared:

Ponomarenko Boris Fedoseevich, the vice president of Atlantis Komyunikeyshnz company, at the same time holds a post of the president of the "International Congress of Quality of Telecommunications" Association (ICQTA).

Ponomarenko Maxim Borisovich, the marketing director Atlantis Komyyunikeyshnz, later the head of development department of Elections state automated system and means of electronic vote of FTsI at the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation (the second position requires check). According to the USRLE, is one of founders of Nvision Group company.

Taraba Dmitry Olegovich, the First Deputy CEO Atlantis Komyyunikeyshnz, is the chairman of the board of directors of NVision Group now.
