Details of the project of creation of the digital IT platform

On November 5, 2020 the Diasoft company reported details of the project of ДОМ.РФ Bank on creation of own digital IT platform in the concept of Digital Backbone, allowing bank to transfer completely business processes of housing financing and mortgage lending to a digital medium.

The concept of Digital Backbone is based on use of technologies, the principle of omnichannel and microservice architecture. The solution of Diasoft company is a component of the digital IT platform of bank. In a project deliverable it is going to transfer to a digital medium 90% of services and products of bank that is important for full customer service and full support of a partner ecosystem.

Creation of digital services and full-fledged ecosystem of financing of housing construction is impossible without technology platform. We formulated the concept of such platform which crucial element is use of solutions both own and open-source of developments, and products of partners. Joint development, ownership of the code, a technology stack and engineering practicians of DevOps allow to have on the one hand high competence in group, and on the other hand in short terms to build in the platform of the solution, gained recognition in the market, - the vice chairman of the board of ДОМ.РФ Bank Mikhail Gromov noted.

The ДОМ.РФ bank achieved considerable improvement of client experience in use of digital channels and prepared a basis for total digitalization in customer service. The added features which are opened for clients by the digital IT platform of ДОМ.РФ bank together with solutions of Diasoft company include access to services and services of bank through partners using public and individual API, service by the principle of "single window" and also digital services and applications: registration of the client through mobile application (digital onboarding), a design of a digital mortgage and the electronic mortgage, opening of escrow accounts in digital channels, providing banking services in network of partners. The IT platform created in bank will provide further development of digital services for mortgage clients, services of project financing of builders and also a partner ecosystem and the state services.

Thanks to implementation of the digital IT platform in the concept of Digital Backbone bank undoubtedly lays a strong basis for further development. Advantages of the project are obvious: improvement of customer service quality, increase in level of automation, cost efficiency, flexibility in fast support of business requirements and wider scope of the housing industry through the whole country, – the Chief Editor of the FinTech Futures magazine Tanya Andreasyan comments on project deliverables.

Start of the automated process of opening of a checking account for the companies of small business

The ДОМ.РФ bank started the automated process of opening of a checking account for the companies of small business – legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. This business process allows clients to open the account in 30 minutes. On June 15, 2020 Diasoft reported about it.

Detailed information with account details is sent to the client to email and the mobile phone at once after filing of application. IT solution is implemented on the omnichannel digital platform of Diasoft company. It provides full automation of receiving and data validation that considerably reduces terms of opening of the account.

The next stage of the project of ДОМ.РФ Bank and Diasoft company assumes creation of a personal account in which clients will be able independently to load necessary documents, to make appointment to bank representatives and to keep track of the statuses of requests.

Implementation of the provided business process is directed to increase in efficiency of operating activities and improvement of client experience. Considerable reduction of time of opening of a checking account will allow the companies of small business to enter the market as fast as possible, – the vice chairman of the board of ДОМ.РФ Bank Danila Litvinov noted.

The bank continues to implement technologies in processes of client service, doing it more convenient, at the same time reducing operating expenses and risk level.
