2016: WSS Portal implementation

and mobile application-> for the international pharmaceutical corporation "Gideon Richter".

Gideon Richter – the Hungarian multi-national pharmaceutical and biotechnology company which is the largest drug manufacturer in Eastern and Central Europe and has the representations more than in 40 countries.

The WSS-Consulting command worked in the conditions of extremely deadlines and serious control from the customer. On development and deployment of the portal three months left, and the functionality of the portal was expanded at the expense of add-on modules:

• Adaptive imposition
• Blog by the CEO
• Integration with the system of distance learning ShareKnowledge

• Address directory
• Personal profile of the employee (with a possibility of editing data)
• Communities (as main point of communications of employees)
• System of authorization,
• Offline mode, etc.

Special attention was paid to convenience of using in this connection, at first the full map of models and transitions of screen forms was made, all elements of navigation and communication are worked out, then the design was developed and applied to each screen.->

• Informing employees – News, the Address directory, a column of the CEO Attila Varadi, information on the company, the reference book, declarations, the calendar, birthdays, Notifications on events
• Knowledge base – The corporate university (with an opportunity to sign up for courses), information for new employees, the Consultant, Uniform customer support department
• The channel of interaction of employees on working questions – Floor-by-floor plan of office, Armoring negotiation, Service of submission of requests, Personel assessment, Time recording
• The point of involvement is the Module of polls, Communities, Podcasts, Comments
• Navigation and search
• Access to internal documents of the company

Enhanced capabilities of a personal account

In a personal account of access personal information of the user and his command, personal control of a time recording and the subordinated employees, the list of tasks and requests, the complete history of notifications, the available personalized services and the magazine of otsutstviye.

Features of the portal

• The most part of employees of the company does not take a permanent workplace therefore when developing design of the portal adaptive imposition was applied to use of a resource on mobile devices.
• The reduced model of access isolation was applied to work with documents. Access is issued directly from a document card. Differentiation on representations, on structure of the company (the choice of divisions from a tree of structure) or on employees is possible.
• Integration with the system of distance learning ShareKnowledge is executed. The WSS-Consulting company acted as the general contractor, having invited colleagues for implementation of this product.
