2020: Plans for upgrade of a PIM

On July 3, 2020 the 1C-Rarus company reported that it participates in digitalization of medical laboratories of Kaliningrad within the Health care national project.

The Regional Clinical Hospital (RCH) in which the PIM appeared within the first stage on creation of a regional segment of the Single state information system of health care of the Kaliningrad region in 2014 became the first. Upgrade of a system – transfer to other equipment and its connection to work is planned for 2020.

As a result of system implementation:

• the total finance costs at the expense of an exception of repeated carrying out researches were reduced by 10-15%,
• the staff of laboratories and loading of the equipment is optimized;
• the quantity of defects at a biomaterial intake, carrying out researches and issue of results decreased as in electronic form, and on paper carriers;
• process of a fence and barcoding of tests in procedural offices is automated;
• the quality of the executed researches due to carrying out intra laboratory control at all stages according to requirements of the Russian Ministry of Health increased.
