2020: Start of digital service for fight against a coronavirus

The East company AT Consulting entering into League of Digital Economy developed service for fight against distribution of COVID-19 for the Republic of Buryatia. It helps to process key data on a coronavirus in the subject – analysis results, number of sick inhabitants and the list of their contacts. The solution is implemented based on a single regional integration platform of Bezopasny gorod agrarian and industrial Complex, reported on July 21, 2020 in AT Consulting the East.

A system automates process of data collection and processing on an epidemiological situation in the Republic of Buryatia. Key data are results of samples which are taken by regional laboratories, information on patients from medical institutions, the list of contacts of the diseased provided by Rospotrebnadzor and also data of operational headquarters – about arrival of citizens from other countries and regions.

Information in a convenient and evident type is available to acceptance of management decisions. Users of service are regional operational staff on fight against a coronavirus, the Department of Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Buryatia, the medical organizations.

A system is also intended for obtaining by hotels, sanatoria and camp sites of permission to receive guests. Data of tourists are verified with the database of a system if there is no risk of infection, affirmative answer is issued.

The functionality is especially relevant in connection with the beginning of a tourist season on Baikal. Access to service can be provided also to medical institutions for check of patients before acceptance. During vote under amendments which were made to the Constitution of Russia data from a system were used for drawing up lists for home vote of those citizens who were on a quarantine and could not come to the polling precinct personally.
