On July 23, 2020 the 1C-Rarus company produced industry solution for a car business. Addition of Alpha Car: Lease of cars, edition 6 it is intended for automation of the enterprises which provide in lease cars and the equipment not as a core activity, and in addition to the main services.

For July, 2020 automobile business is transformed ─ car-sharing, rolling purchase of cars develops in leasing. People are not located to such value as possession of the car any more. Besides we respond to market demands: for example, for July, 2020 construction and special equipment is often not bought, and leased on an object. And each automobile dealer has a service of test drive and substitution cars that too actually is a type of lease. Alexey Zubkov, the head of directorate of industry solutions told 1C-Rarus

According to the company, addition will approach:

• To the automobile dealers providing substitution cars to clients for the period of repair or service of the main vehicle;
• To the dealers providing cars in lease or on test drive, including long;
• To the dealers and distributors of the construction and special equipment providing service of lease both for legal and for individuals.

For July, 2020 basic functions of the solution is:

• Typical circuit of document flow of lease of cars: accounting of requests for lease, maintaining lease agreement, issue and acceptance of cars, drawing of accounts and acts, payment acceptance.
• Flexible pricing and setup of tariffing of cost of lease. The lease price can be quoted depending on a type of lease, model or option of a complete set of the car. The price can be quoted for minute, hour, day, week, month, quarter or year with the set amount of a deposit.
• Maintaining park of rent cars and equipment. Viewing the list available to issue to clients of cars with an output of the connected information and a possibility of quick entry of documents.
• Planning of lease terms. The scheduler of lease is used for selection of cars at document creation, armorings of cars according to requests and visual control of lease terms.
• Accounting of lease agreements. The program supports control of agreements and making changes in the document.
• Design of issue and acceptance of cars and equipment. At issue and acceptance it is possible to record value of a run, data of survey, existence of damages of the car.
• Financial transactions: accounting of settlement, deposits, penalties. The "Assistant to Closing of the Lease Agreement" tool at return of a deposit to the client creates a document package for accounting of settlement, cash flow, accounting of the rendered services in lease and additional services. Also Assistant allows to close obligations of the client for penalties and other expenses if it is provided by the lease agreement.
• The analysis of financial results by the form activity "Lease of cars" using reports.
