Corus Consulting transferred Yunifarm to cloud electronic document management based on infrastructure of IT-Grad

2020: Transition to cloud electronic document management

On July 23, 2020 CORUS Consulting Group and IT-GRAD announced project completion on start of a cloud electronic document management system for the international pharmaceutical company "Yunifarm". A system is created based on the module of contractual document flowFive KORUS|Document flow on the Microsoft SharePoint platform and is provided according to the SaaS model. The solution is implemented on the basis of infrastructure of cloud provider of IT-GRAD. Work on the project took one and a half months.

Yunifarm was required to solve a problem of long process of approval of documents: as the approving employees are in the different countries, documents are sent by mail, and all routes of approval treat manually. Also in the company there was no uniform archive of agreements: because of a difference of precepts of law in the different countries it was impossible to refuse paper originals, and search the scan copies turned into long and difficult process. It was required to automate and accelerate work with documents, to make it is more transparent and it is more convenient for employees.

Specialists of Corus Consulting carried out collecting of primary requirements and implemented the project of automation of contractual document flow, creation and setup of the structured register the scan copies of originals of agreements – all this in the English-language interface. Created on the SharePoint platform IT- the solution works based on a core of "KORUS of Core" and the module of contractual document flow boxed EDMS/ ECM- systems "KORUS of Five|Document flow". All main opportunities of the solution are available to users: simultaneous joint work with documents, the built-in visual editors of a personal account, cards of documents and business processes, differentiation of the rights access and data protection, voice input, full text search, the multilingual interface. For convenience of employees the lazy approval function allowing to approve documents and to carry out other tasks of them from e-mail, without input in EDMS is implemented. The solution in which it is created uniform storage documents available to all staff of the company in Russia USA Ireland, To Poland and other countries – including, offline, – it is integrated page Microsoft OneDrive.

Project implementation in cloud infrastructure of IT-GRAD allowed to accelerate start of a system and to avoid purchase costs and installation of servers and further support (service and hardware upgrade). The product is provided for Yunifarm according to SaaS model with monthly economy on IT about 25%. The virtual infrastructure of IT-GRAD placed in data centers of the Tier III level provided stability and flexible scalability of the solution. Parameters of the cloud platform conform to requirements of the customer to a 24/7 otkazoustroychivost. In addition specialists of IT-GRAD provided to the customer an EDMS storage system on SharePoint placed in a cloud of provider.
