ABC Consulting upgraded the automated control system for effectiveness in NLMK Group

2020: Completion of integration of personnel management systems

ABC Consulting, division of NORBIT company (enters into group of CHEEKS) on implementation of HR systems, completed the project on integration of personnel management systems of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Human Capital Management (SAP HCM) in Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine (NLMK). On July 27, 2020 LANIT reported about it. Also during the project which was executed using the instrument of integration of corporate systems SAP CPI the functionality of both systems with the purpose to increase efficiency of personnel processes at the enterprises of NLMK was updated and finished.

In NLMK Group the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors tools are used for the organization of such key processes as compensation, staff recruitment, assessment of employees, performance management and remuneration. In total about 50 thousand users use the centralized control system of personnel for July, 2020.

Setup of integration flows allowed systems to exchange the data influencing process of assessment of effectiveness and calculation of a total sum of an award. In functional unit "Basic data of the employee" (SAP HCM) configured the instrument of mass loading of attributes of the Performance management system for an established post and the employee, calculation of an award on the basis of performance indicators is automated and also the level of monitoring of changes of these employees influencing assessment of the purposes is increased.

In functional unit of SAP SuccessFactors completion of a system concerned unification and reduction of routes of approval of the purposes and also adaptation of the main objects of a system (forms of estimates and the plan of the purposes) to regulations of conducting business process.

Automation of personnel processes helped us to lower load of service of personnel considerably. For several years of use of a system of SAP proved as the convenient solutions having simple and the intuitive interface that considerably facilitates interaction of HR service, heads and the staff of the company. And a part of services outside office using mobile devices allows to use a cloud solution of SAP SuccessFactors that during an era of digitalization is especially relevant.
