Ability to compare estimates and track versionality in Exon.Activation.
Gaskar Group on October 24, 2023 presented the updated functionality of the "Acting" module. Users can now automatically match and transfer cumulative data from the first version of the contract estimate to the second. The proposed functionality allows you to compare estimates, automatically form and agree on an adjustment act, as well as track the version.
The estimate versionality tool allows you to correctly continue working with the new version of the estimate without complex calculations and large labor costs. Migrating data from previous releases helps you to draw up the correct adjustment report and calculate the exact cost of the work performed, taking into account the changes in the new release. The act can be promptly checked, sent for approval or for revision, the Gaskar Group said.
In addition to automatically analyzing changes, it is possible to correlate work from different budget versions using the comparison tool. Sending the old estimate and certificate designer to the archive is aimed at saving data on previously performed works. Therefore, you can view the old information at any time and compare it with the new one.
With the added tool, you can decompose work or recalculate volumes in new units. The system visually demonstrates the changes as a result of the comparison. You can confirm compliance or manually reconfigure it to correctly transfer the data to the new cost estimate.
The Exon.Activation module is aimed at preparing certificates of work performed and certificates of construction costs. The system works with estimates in xls format, provides storage of the necessary information for each work and automatic generation of certificates and certificates.
Certification for compliance with the safety requirements of the FSTEC of the Russian Federation
Exon's digital construction management system confirmed compliance with the necessary safety requirements by updating the FSTEC certificate of conformity. This was reported on July 28, 2023 in the Gaskar Group.
Each information system in the databases of which are stored personal data users must comply with security requirements. The compliance of the system to data with the requirements determines. Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC of Russia) Automation systems document flow contain such personal data as first and last name, place of work and position, which digital signature makes it mandatory to undergo FSTEC certification.
Certification for compliance with the requirements for information protection can be carried out only by licensed companies or certification bodies according to a special method, which is regulated by regulatory acts and GOSTs. After familiarization with the system and receipt of the package of documents, the certification body develops a test program and methodology. The program necessarily includes not only checking the compliance of the system with the provided package of documents, but also assessing the effectiveness of protection in operating conditions, as well as assessing the level of knowledge and skills of employees responsible for ensuring protection.
The order of the FSTEC of 21.04.2021 determines the cases when it is necessary to re-pass the certification - these are serious transformations, upgrades, changes in architecture. Such updates may result in configuration changes that affect the security level of the system. In this case, it is recommended to undergo re-certification, the methodology of which is similar to the primary one.
Cloudy Exon's construction management system is continuously improving and updating - more than 10 releases are produced per year. The company has its own technical support service, which provides prompt assistance to users on the configuration and operation of the program. At the same time, the standards for registration of applications are strictly observed, as well as statistics on which analytical work is carried out are kept. Based on analytics, the system is being modernized: improvements are being formed and implemented, work is constantly underway to improve the quality and reliability level.
Another factor that affects the modernization of the Exon system is legislation in the field of digitalization of the construction industry. Resolutions and orders are actively being formed, and this also entails updating the system - after all, all documents formed in Exon comply with the current legislation and recommendations of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation.
The company is serious about ensuring a high level of security of all its developments., Servers which, all data is stored including personal ones, are located exclusively in the territory. RUSSIAN FEDERATION Its own security service regularly conducts not audit only the system itself, but also business processes within the company. Based on the audit results, a set of measures is being developed to improve processes. The development team continuously improves its professional level thanks to the training system adopted by the company. Organizational measures are also taken to ensure the responsibility of specialists to maintain confidentiality of information. It is such a set of measures that allows you to ensure the necessary level of safety, which is confirmed by the certification of the FSTEC.
The process of improving and modernizing the system is continuous, so the program is certified for compliance with FSTEC requirements on a regular basis. Exon users can be sure that all documents generated in the system will comply with the current legislation, and the security of the system is confirmed by appropriate certification, commented Maxim Gorelov, product director of Exon.

Implementing Analysis Block for Task Collector
The Exon.PIR team developed and implemented an analytics block for the Task Collector in an updated release of the program. Now the leaders of organizations and teams see the download of each project participant. This helps to quickly redistribute tasks and control the timing of consideration and approval of sets of design and working documentation. This was announced on July 11, 2023 by the Gaskar Group (Gaskar Integration).
Exon.PIR is a module for working with design and detailed design documentation in construction. The module allows you to check and approve PD and RD, as well as issue documentation for work execution. The online comment exchange function is available in the module, and all documentation is stored in accordance with the project structure.
The expert considers an average of 10 sets of drawings per day. One set may contain more than 50 sheets. The specialist needs to carefully study and check each volume of documentation for compliance with standards, GOSTs, tolerances, compare drawings with volumes for adjacent sections, check the development of comments.
All companies participating in the project that work in Exon.PIR, the "Task Collector" is available to consider the sets of PD and RD within their organization. This tool reflects a summary information of all employees who review the PD and RD kits and show the number of kits under review by the employee. Managers can redistribute tasks between specialists, set task times, track overdue tasks, and manage priorities. The Task Collector facilitates planning and helps you distribute tasks more efficiently within your organization.
In the new Exon release, an analytics block has appeared in Task Collector. The project information is now displayed in various slices, such as the total number of projects, the number of packages separately by project and work documentation, a summary of the number of overdue tasks, and the workload of each employee.
Tasks are grouped by duration and presented as a convenient chart. Visual display makes it easier to assess the complexity of tasks. The chart can reflect the load for both the organization as a whole and for each employee. When new documentation sets are received or forwarded, the data is recalculated dynamically and displayed in the chart. Thus, the workload of each employee becomes visual and transparent. Up-to-date download information helps you quickly redistribute tasks between employees and manage the team more efficiently.
The task book of the PID module provides a visual representation of the approval status of documents, allows you to manage the workload of specialists, track deadlines and adjust priorities. Accurate information at hand helps to make accurate management decisions, said Antonina Lyulyaeva, head of the Gaskar Group SOD. |
Automate the formation of KS-2/KS-3 acts in the cloud construction management system
On May 16, 2023, Gaskar Group announced that the formation of KS-2/KS-3 acts in the Exon cloud construction management system is now fully automated. This minimizes errors and routine, and also reduces the payment time for the work performed by 3 times.
Electronic document management in construction has significant features: the time for drawing up as-built documentation is reduced by an average of 2 times, and the speed of verification and signing is reduced by 5 times. The history of changes and versions of documents is saved, and access to documentation is carried out instantly from any device connected to the Internet. Thus, all processes, statuses, document change history are completely transparent. The customer and the general contractor can carry out operational control at all stages, and the contractor can save employees' resources for the formation of documents, speed up the processes of approval and signing, and, as a result, reduce the payment time for the work performed.
To receive payment for the work performed, the contractor must form a KS-2 certificate and a certificate of the cost of the work. KS-3 These are primary accounting documents that are necessary not only for receiving payment, but also for reflecting costs in accounting, accepting VAT for deduction. Planned scopes of work are transferred to the KS-2 certificate from the cost estimate structure, and the actual completed scopes are transferred from the data of Section 3 of the LWR and as-built documentation.
KS-2 formation is a time-consuming and complex process. Various specialists participate in it: surveyors introduce volumes and calculate the amounts of work performed, which, in turn, receive from construction control and PTD engineers. The data is entered manually into the edited file in xls format, and manual data counting and entry increases the likelihood of an error, which lengthens the approval and payment period.
Exon users carry out LCA and form as-built documentation in electronic form, and data on the actual work performed are automatically uploaded to the certificate designer. But without loading the estimate into the system, it is impossible to fully automate the formation of KS-2/KS-3. The structure of the contract estimate is not standardized, there are only methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Construction on the preparation of this document. Accordingly, the contract estimate can be drawn up in an arbitrary format, which makes it impossible to recognize it in the electronic document management system.
Exon developers have created a universal parser to download the contract estimate. Parser is a set of tools and instructions to standardize the estimate and prepare it for loading in machine-readable form to automate calculations. Thus, the KS-2 generation cycle is fully automated.
The solution allows you to automatically generate KS-2/KS-3 using information from different sources: contract estimates, section 3 of the Life Log and as-built documentation. This saves specialists time collecting and entering data, and reduces the possibility of errors in documents due to the human factor. Thus, the process of payment for the work performed is accelerated by an average of 3 times, commented Maria Larkina, Head of Exon.Actirovanie.

Module "Activation" for automated generation of acts
Gaskar Group announced on August 25, 2022 that the Exon construction management system was replenished with the seventh functional module "Acting." This is another digital tool for automated act formation and manual work avoidance in Excel. It speeds up the verification process, and also eliminates errors in entering incorrect data on the amount of work performed by automatically loading data from as-built documentation.
Automatic generation of CS by data from the "IT" module makes it possible to speed up the process of formation, verification, coordination and carry out storage closing documentation in a grouped form by reporting periods in a single space, told the head of the direction, Maria Larkina.
|
The primary functionality of the module was that users could download, negotiate and sign acts. In August 2022, the system allows you to form KS-2 and KS-3 based on the contract estimate and data from other modules.
Exon.Activation is available: loading the contract estimate template in xls format, receiving volumes and certificates from the ITD module, entering the scope of work performed for the reporting period, sending the filled table to the customer for approval, for revision by the contractor, verification and approval.
Piloting of the module has already been launched at the facilities of the Moscow Department of Construction. In the fall of 2022, its functionality will be expanded: it will be possible to sign the final KS-2 and KS-3 documents in the system in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Tax Service.
Integration with CSoft solutions
Amethyst Capital, Gaskar Group and CSoft have formed a unified digital environment to manage the facility from design to smart operation. Gaskar announced this on June 6, 2022.
The developers conducted integration key products for constructions the operation of buildings.
CSoft solutions (Model Studio CS and CADLib Model and Archive) close the design, creation and verification of a digital building information model. Then the information enters the Exon cloud service, which fills the model with up-to-date data during the construction process. Thus, a digital twin of the building is formed, which fits into the Explo-IT smart operation system.
By creating the Fund, we set ourselves the task of uniting all construction participants at all stages - design, construction and installation work, operation - in a single ecosystem of digital tools. My experience suggests that to achieve this goal, the players of our market do not need to compete. You need to develop together: CSoft already has a ready-made solution for digitalizing design, Exon ensures the creation of technical documentation in electronic form with the ability to perform legally significant actions, and subsequent operation is carried out on the basis of a digital twin of the object, "said Marat Hafizov, managing partner of Amethyst Capital. - This is not easy: import substitution software Russia new, best products and systems are created in. And we have every opportunity to form a more perfect environment and overtake foreign colleagues in this. |
The solutions have already shown their effectiveness: thanks to digital products, the construction of a technically complex facility - the therapeutic building of the International Medical Cluster in Skolkovo - was completed one and a half times faster than the regulatory period, and the costs were reduced by more than 500 million rubles. Operation continues with the use of a digital object twin.

Module for automatic generation of as-built documentation for the facility under construction
On August 26, 2020, Gaskar Group announced the addition of an automatic as-built documentation (ID) module for the facility under construction to the Exon platform. The service is designed to help developers and their contractors reduce labor costs for the preparation of as-built documentation, quickly correct customer comments and quickly receive payment for their work.
The absence or lack of certificates and protocols for materials, contracts, acts of hidden and intermediate work is directly related to payment and threatens the contractor with a refusal to accept the work, a delay in payment to the team and fines. The customer, in turn, in the absence of an ID cannot check the scope and quality of the work performed at the facility, obtain permission to put the construction into operation, maintain the building or transfer the ID to the owners.
The presented Exon module for automating preparation and approval of as-built documentation analyzes the work of all process participants in the system, automatically checks and sends for approval the ID for all process participants. The module already contains templates for the main composition of acts and documents for the formation of as-built documentation.
All quality certificates, records of work performed, various acts are stored in a single automated information system, where all participants have access. constructions Customers, general contractor and subcontractors can work simultaneously with the ID module, see the availability of documentation for each item and make adjustments in real time.
In general, the module for automatic generation of as-built documentation for the facility under construction:
- saves the time and budget of the customer to check and correct comments and, accordingly, the budget of the construction site. With a notional cost of 1 billion rubles for up to two years, operational approval of the ID will save the developer up to 10% of the cost of the object without disrupting the payment terms;
- forms the entire set of as-built documentation by the time of construction completion;
- Helps you account for your work pool and get paid for your obligations without delay.
Exon summarizes all incoming construction progress information into one online space. Contractors shall enter data in the general work log and incoming inspection log, upload documents and certificates for materials and other data necessary for the formation of the ID. The General Contractor and the Customer shall monitor the receipt of as-built documentation after each work unit. All edits and additions are made and agreed online.
