Sberbank CIB (Qlik Sense)

The project on development of mobile analytics for client managers of PJSC Sberbank was executed jointly by PJSC Sberbank, JSC Sberbank-Tekhnologii and ATK consulting group. Within the project on the basis of Qlik Sense the system of reports for "a mobile workplace" of more than 300 client managers of Sberbank CIB — corporate and investment business of Sberbank is developed. The project is a part of the Single Frontal System program which is aimed at increase in comfort of clients of Sberbank and also convenience, speed and employee performance.

"The mobile workplace" is the application for iPad which is uniform access point of employees to all necessary information including to analytics. The analytics on key indicators of efficiency of clients, employees and divisions is available to the client manager now. Reports are embedded in mobile application, at the same time access to them is executed by clicking, i.e. employees should not log separately into a BI system from a stationary workplace. Besides, at deviations of KPI, employees receive push-notifications and can look at detailed information at once and act on its basis.

The works performed during the project:

• As is research of needs of the user – PJSC Sberbank;
• Preparation of designings, design of elements and description of reports - PJSC Sberbank;
• Usability a research of the prepared artifacts with participation of users - PJSC Sberbank;
• Preparation of data models based on Qlik Sense - JSC SberTech;
• Access isolation on roles and users – JSC SberTech;
• Setup of authentication of users is JSC SberTech;
• Development of the module of notifications on change of key indicators is JSC SberTech;
• Development of mashups for data mapping of model is ATK consulting group;
• Connection of mashups to Qlik Sense data model – JSC SberTech, ATK consulting group.

Effect of implementation:

Thanks to the solution users do not depend on a stationary workplace regarding use of analytics, and availability of information allows to manage deviations online.
