2020: Automation of intercorporate document flow
On August 11, 2020 Directum reported that the Power transbank automates intercorporate document flow in Synerdocs.
The regional bank in the Kaliningrad region gets rid of paper in vendor interaction. The electronic interchange format documents will allow the commercial organization to reduce costs and labor costs of employees.
Banking activities include creation, approval, signing and document storage. Daily the Power transbank exchanges agreements with suppliers of different services and goods. The paper format of work considerably slowed down these processes, clerical costs grew.
Since 2018 the Power transbank headed for workflow automation. Directum RX system implementation became a starting point of transition to a paperless format of interaction. Now work with letters, memos, regulating documents, approval of agreements, invoices for payment and also interaction and solving of tasks happens within a system.
Implementation of intercorporate document flow based on Synerdocs became the next stage of automation. Interaction of e-document flow and Directum RX service allows to build uniform process of lifecycle of documents: from their receiving from partners and approval in the company before entering in the accounting system, storage and easy search in electronic archive.

At the time of implementation of Directum RX in bank the set of document types with difficult routes of processing was used. Within the project the problem of leaving from paper originals was solved, in this regard it was important for us that Directum RX allows to work with all types of electronic signatures, including with qualified. In the course of implementation systematization of all document flow is implemented, standard routes from which excessive approvals and processing stages are eliminated are developed. As a result all internal documents were is completely transferred to a paperless form, approval terms were reduced, calculation of coefficient of performing discipline of employees which is used at calculation of KPI is automated. Thanks to Synerdocs, our partners if desired can pass to electronic exchange of contractual documents. For us it is the next step to fall forward and reduction in cost of processes. |
