Completion of modernization and development of the existing Unified Information System
On April 5, 2021, the integrator IT of solutions Gaskar Group announced the completion of the project for the modernization and development of the existing Unified Information System. International Medical Cluster Foundation (FMMC EIS) Automated business processes construction MMK projects, optimized administrative activities. Users work in a single information field. The solution allows you to reduce the timing of approval and execution of work according to the plan by 40%, accelerate the exchange information of instructions and comments on the object by 30%.
The main tasks are:
- Reduce construction costs,
- Accelerate object balance
- automate and digitalize all construction processes,
- exclude the human factor,
- Replace manual labour and paper.
It was required to automate business processes at the stage of pre-design preparation, during design, survey and construction and installation work.
To solve these problems, the GASKAR GROUP team was selected, which developed a platform for storages monitoring and monitoring information , and business processes Exon included in. The register of Russian software product allows you to increase the efficiency of gradostroitelnoy̆ activities, ensure transparency of construction processes, monitor the realizatsiyey̆ of objects in real time, quickly and qualitatively bring objects to balance. Optimization is achieved by building a logical and intelligent architecture of business processes, in particular, data storage cloud automating the coordination of all documents, monitoring the construction process in real time.
The first stage of the project - the pilot implementation of the solution for MMK construction facilities and the preparation of a hierarchical structure of work - the experts of GASKAR GROUP and FMMK implemented together. Further, the fund's specialists introduced the construction control module Stroykontrol and Process Designer, set up modules for working with as-built documentation ("ITD") and coordinating design and survey work ("PIR").
The results of modernization of the UIS FMMK automated construction processes, optimized administrative activities. All information is stored in the same cloud solution. The work of users - specialists in project management, construction management, technical supervision - is carried out in a single information field. The system is adapted to the features of the construction industry and MMK. The Process Designer module allows you to reduce the approval and execution time for the plan by 40%. "PIR" - the period of approval of design and detailed documentation up to two weeks. The Building Control module accelerates the exchange of information about instructions and comments on the object by 30%. The "ITD" module automates the filling of as-built documentation, eliminates the human factor and the possibility of errors.
It is important for MMK to introduce the latest technologies into its work both in the field of medicine and in construction - this allows not only to achieve high results, but also to act as a test site, the experience of which is analyzed and used for the further development and implementation of solutions in the activities of Moscow. The introduction of an information system based on Exon has once again proved that automation of many tasks, replacing paper media with electronic ones, reducing costs and allocating resources significantly affects the results of the organization's work and allows us to bring work to a different level, "said Ildar Khairullin, Director General of the International Medical Cluster Foundation. |
Our goal is to really simplify and digitalize the internal processes of customer project management. As a result, when the customer is completely satisfied with the solution, we get the most adapted, workable and high-quality products that facilitate the lives of users, accelerate work and save resources, "said Igor Afanasyev, CEO of GASKAR GROUP. |
Hive Autonomous Droneport Application
Since December 2020, the HIVE autonomous drone port developed by the Gaskar Group has been operating on the territory of the International Medical Cluster. The main task of the station on the territory of MMK is to monitor and provide up-to-date information about the construction process. The drone independently flies the territory, performs photo and video shooting and transmits information for further processing immediately after the completion of the flight. This allows you to quickly solve the tasks and provide up-to-date data, Gaskar Group reported on March 30, 2021.
Before the use of autonomous drones, the task took from 1 to 5 days due to the need to have an operator on the site to start and monitor the movement of the device, as well as manual unloading and processing of data.
On the territory of MMK, the dronoport provides a full-fledged infrastructure. The station can be located anywhere where regular air monitoring is required, covering up to 100 km2. The HIVE concept is similar in nature to the concept of basic cell towers - it allows companies to connect to the droneport infrastructure and use its services.
"In the design and construction of facilities on the territory of the International Medical Cluster, best practices and advanced technologies are used, one of which is unmanned devices that allow you to provide information about the progress of construction online. This allows you to save resources, as well as quickly make decisions based on the relevant data received. We plan to replicate this experience to other facilities in Moscow, "said Rafik Zagrutdinov, director of the Moscow City Construction Department. |
"The drone port on the territory of MMK is used not only as part of the planning of the building and its design, but also in the next stages of the development of the facility - drones help us to monitor the construction of the facility and the acceptance of work in real time. It is important to note that the use of a drone is not limited to the construction industry and can also benefit residents of cities - equipping the drone with scanners, sensors (for example, gas analyzers) will allow assessing the air quality in megacities and transmitting other important information, "said Dmitry Lisitsyn, head of the design and implementation department of MMK. |
2020: Implementation of the building module of the unified information system
On August 12, 2020, Gaskar Group announced the completion of the first stage of the implementation of the construction module of the unified information system of the International Medical Cluster based on Exon (EIS MMK). The information system generates a work plan at the site for the entire construction period and records all the instructions received during the operation. The customer can remotely manage all schedules and track their comments.
Exon is a modular construction management system, thanks to which the project team can manage the construction process remotely: generate schedules for each construction unit, maintain EDO, manage the budget, and so on. The Exon cloud system also includes services for receiving and analyzing data from drones, smartwatches and identification cards and a marketplace for construction services.
The scheduling and network planning module forms a work plan for specialists of each direction, the forecast function allows you to assess the risks of the project, the correctness of resource planning and avoid spending on eliminating the backlog of construction.
The Construction Control Module informs about the existence or elimination of site requirements. The service shows reliable information on contractors, types of work, categories of comments and terms of elimination for operational management decisions.
EIS MMK controls the schedule of work and knows where, by whom and what violations were committed. The online format allows you to see relevant information to each member of the project team and make timely decisions about the course of the construction process, "said Igor Afanasyev, CEO of Gaskar Group. |
The medical cluster team pays special attention to the capabilities of technologies that can make the construction process safer and more efficient. In the international medical cluster, we have implemented a single MMK Foundation information system based on Exon. Thanks to this, the MMK team has the opportunity to manage the construction process online, allocate resources, assess risks, monitor the elimination of comments and predict the result - all this will optimize resources and present high-quality work in a short time, "said Timur Andrbaev, Construction Director of the International Medical Cluster Foundation. |
