At the beginning of 2017 the Winnum company announced implementation on an industrial complex of PJSC Dalpribor, conducting the instrument-making enterprise, monitoring systems and diagnostics of the equipment of Winnum Machines.
Preventive service and diagnostics of mechanical production and also operational informing service of the chief mechanical engineer in case of transition of operation of the equipment to critical duties was the main objective of the company. The solution included:
- Use of opportunities of Winnum Machines for automatic (without participation of operators) monitoring and control of operation of CNC machines;
- The operational notification of service of the chief mechanical engineer at the output of the equipment to critical duties or in accident cases, integration with internal the messenger;
- Implementation of function of remote diagnostics of machines of Fanuc (instead of FANUC Servo Guide).
Winnum implementation Machines allowed to collect and analyze the valuable data on useful loadings of the equipment, idle times and the reasons of breakdowns. The first months showed that Winnum technologies reduced operating expenses of the company on production on 15-25%.
Dalpribor one of the first companies which began to apply monitoring of work of mechanical production to quality control on ISO-9001 and state standard specifications. Before start of the solution several approaches to diagnostics were tested and the most suitable for this production is created.
As a result of work all assigned tasks were reached: full control of operation of the equipment and actions of operators (especially in the period of evening and night shifts), the due notice of department of the chief mechanical engineer at ultimate loads on the equipment, the automated control of compliance to requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, - the development director of Winnum Alexander Moskovchenko tells. |
