2019: Technology leadership
At the beginning of 2019 the company releases version 4.0 of WINNUM Cloud and WINNUM Platform, the main addition to which is the Application Designer, designed to create its own user interfaces, management dashboards and SCADA interfaces based on ready-made library elements, widgets, frames, etc.
During the year, standard WINNUM applications have a number of new analytics and reports based on the use of Big Data and provide comprehensive information for all user groups in the enterprise necessary to optimize production.
In the software, sections appear that are responsible for the economy and payback indicators of fixed assets.
The company begins research and development in terms of creating a solution using geolocation interactive offline maps. The result is the release of the Interactive Offline High Detail Map Designer, which has entered the standard WINNUM Platform toolkit and is available in a standard web browser, which is a unique offering on the market.

During the year, the company receives the first successful experience of using the platform in continuous production as a unified system for collecting and storing production data (PIMS - from the English Plant Information Management System), which confirms the compliance of WINNUM with the highest standards in the field of working with Big Data and data visualization for various services of the enterprise.
Also in 2018. WINNUM begins research and development in terms of creating a solution for automated control of logistics processes, including control over the movement of semi-finished products and the creation of spaghetti diagrams, online inventory of assets in warehouses, control over the use of the tool, control over the movement of personnel, etc. At the same time, two technologies are being worked out in parallel - RFID and BLE, which have their advantages in different areas.
In 2018, WINNUM's standard confirmed payback period in production is 2 months.
2017: Recognition and popularity
By early 2017, WINNUM had installed more than 300 installations across all Russia CIS industries and industries. industries
In April, a cooperation agreement was signed with the national association of industrial Internet market participants (NAPI). The subject of the agreement was the development of cooperation in order to promote the formation of the industrial Internet market, as well as the joint implementation of projects in this area.
In mid-2017 the company releases version 3.0 of WINNUM Cloud and WINNUM Platform, one of the key changes in which was the emergence of technologies for working with an interactive 3D digital twin - thanks to these technologies, enterprises using WINNUM have the ability to model their production with the degree of detail necessary in order to control the production process as clearly as possible, as well as compare the results of simulation modeling with the actual process progress. An important fact is that the tools for creating and working with a 3D digital twin are fully built into WINNUM and are available in a standard web browser, which was a unique offer on the market.
The unique characteristics of WINNUM were confirmed by the start of work in one of the large state production holdings, within the framework of which interactive 3D digital twins of mechanical production were also created.

In 2016, the company released the second version of WINNUM Cloud and WINNUM Platform and offers a new WINNUM Assembly solution designed to control and visualize assembly production processes.
WINNUM Assembly was an important milestone in the application of the Manufacturing Control Platform through critical tasks aimed at improving the control of the production environment and the technology of assembly, welding, painting, thermal and galvanic processing, as well as other technological processes based on the control of the equipment used, without human input. The solution at the first use in production increased the quality indicators of the products, identified violations or deviations from the technology and minimized defects associated with changes in the production environment and incorrect applications of equipment.
In June 2016, the company's flagship product,, WINNUM Software Platform became the winner of the Internet of Things competition "IT Challenge-2016," organized in the Skolkovo Foundation nomination "Solutions for IoT Industry."
In September, the WINNUM product line was included in the unified register of Russian programs for electronic computers and databases of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of Russia.
2015: First major customers
Since the Russian market was not ready for modern technologies of the Industrial Internet of Things (in the market, mostly old solutions were used, including software products developed within each company), it was decided to develop several ready-made applications that do not require long-term implementation, designed to solve specific problems and, at the same time, have all the capabilities of the software platform (flexibility, performance when working with Big Data, versatility). The first of these areas was the direction for monitoring production equipment, in which the WINNUM Machine Tools solution quickly gained popularity due to the cardinal difference from classical software in this market - direct connection for data collection, lack of human factor and 100% objective information.
One of the first major users of this solution was FSUE GKNPC named after M.V. Khrunichev, which performed a detailed competitive comparison of software products on the market and chose the WINNUM Machines solution for connecting equipment at all its branches.
2014: Technology Development
The beginning of the 2010s is one of the key points in the development of technologies aimed at collecting and processing large amounts of data as part of the creation of applications and ecosystems of the Internet of Things and allowing to fundamentally change the market of any industrial and consumer products. It was the development of these technologies, as well as the interest in them from all production companies, that served as the starting point for the creation of a new company, the main goal of which was to develop its own software platform for the industrial Internet of Things, which provides ready-made tools for developing new applications and multiples (up to 10) shortening the time for their creation, testing, debugging and commissioning.
It took more than a year and a half to develop the first versions of WINNUM Cloud and WINNUM Platform, which appeared on the market in early 2015. and contained the latest technologies in terms of creating applications and working with Big Data.
