On March 31, 2022, WINNUM, a Russian manufacturer of industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions, announced the release of WINNUM Platform 5.0. The domestic platform that monitors industrial equipment has received an optimized user interface, an updated standard application editor, a notification mechanism, and a system health check tool. The updated version includes the WINNUM Galvanic Processing application, which provides full control over the monitoring and loading processes of galvanic lines and baths.

Among the updates to WINNUM Platform 5.0:

  • an optimized interface that is more convenient for the perception of text and presented information;
  • updated Standard Application Editor, allowing you to change the display of the interface of standard applications without programming skills, such as WINNUM Machines, WINNUM Assembly, WINNUM Heat Treatment, etc. It became possible to display information from a portal that is not related to WINNUM;
  • updated notification mechanism developed on the basis of feedback from customers: notifications can be created for several users at once; added the "Notify on loss of communication" function and the "connected users" tab, with which you can send one notification to the entire department at once;
  • A system health check section that optimizes the commissioning and implementation process.

Version 5.0 includes the WINNUM Galvanic Processing application, which provides complete control over the monitoring and loading processes of galvanic lines and baths. The solution has added the possibility of using typical standard formulas. The application does not require a long and complex implementation.

WINNUM Platform 5.0 received the ability to download files running on Linux from the OPC UA connector; Support for simultaneous use of multiple WINNUM Cloud storages WINNUM Datahub is a full-fledged software that processes data with any discreteness and more.

On April 21, 2020, Technoserv announced the development and launch of the Industrial Internet of Things from the Cloud service, which is designed for cloud monitoring of diverse equipment and technological processes.

2019: Winnum Platform 4.2

In the updated version of WINNUM Platform 4.2, the main innovations relate to the expansion of the analytical functionality of the solution. For example, a qualitatively new analytics was developed and implemented to calculate the performed technological operations and manufactured parts. The functionality for calculating and tracking economic indicators was also improved: reports and analytics on the development and target indicators of equipment payback were added. In addition, the release updated and improved almost all reports (increased speed and accuracy of data processing, expanded functionality), introduced new reports - on equipment loading, on the general active work of users, etc.

The new release has undergone significant changes at the system level as well: platform performance has been significantly improved with a completely updated native application server. The expansion of the line of automatically connected equipment with the help of new special connectors was achieved thanks to the experience gained when implementing projects with enterprises of different industries. In addition, the platform interface has become even more convenient for users: now the WINNUM Platform home page is similar to the smartphone screen, on which the specified applications are primarily visible.

A separate application for operators' tablets, WINNUM Cockpit Professional for WINNUM Pad, has also been updated. The functionality for the manual introduction of equipment condition parameters was expanded, the program was improved and simplified for convenience by line workers in production.
