2018: SAP implementation of Incentives and Commissions Management

Project Tasks:

• Creation in the company of a single system which will be able to provide automation of calculation and payment of remunerations of employees and business partners of network of sales and by means of it is sales management of products of the RGS group.
• Improvement of controllability of the selling Rosgosstrakh network by means of creation in the system of the tools allowing the management of the selling divisions of the company to motivate sellers to carry out the tasks set for them, both regarding increase in sales volumes of the available products, and regarding an output to the market of new products.

In the course of accomplishment of project tasks the command achieved also following objectives:

• Centralization of management of rules of settling and rates of remunerations for insurance signing of the contracts;
• Ensuring transparency of settlement process of remunerations for sales;
• Ensuring flexibility of settlement process of remunerations;
• Implementation of effective reporting system and control of calculations of remunerations at all levels, management of amount of remuneration;
• Management of the size of funds of remuneration;
• Reduction of labor costs on calculation of remunerations;
• Automation of process of a categorization of employees of network of sales
• Information support of sales (regarding the reporting prepared based on standard data of SAP FS-ICM)

According to the results of the project full automation of calculation of conditional and unconditional remunerations was carried out. Into productive use in Moscow and two regional offices it was entered in August, 2015.

By the end of 2018 a system was unrolled in all selling divisions of the company through the whole country.
