The solution of Rostelecom allowed Sovcombank to accelerate issuance of credits

RT Labs, subsidiary company of Rostelecom, developed a number of subsystems (adapters) which allow the commercial organizations to be connected to infrastructure of the electronic government. Adapters are a part of the complex platform of access (CPA) created by the company in 2018. Sovcombank became the first bank which uses this solution for work with a digital profile of the citizen, reported in Rostelecom on August 14, 2020.

Adapters allow the commercial organizations to work from data citizens, received from state information systems. Using the solution it is possible to send requests in different state agencies and in the mode of one window to receive over 50 types of data from more than ten federal and regional executive authorities. Technical solution allows to be connected to services of the electronic government (to digital profile To the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS and to others) through System of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI).

"The developed adapter allows bank to obtain data for execution of the credit request directly from a digital profile of the client. If state agencies already have necessary information, and the citizen agreed to its processing by bank, it is logical to receive it automatically, but not to ask the client to bring documents in department. The digital profile and subsystems will allow banks to improve customer service and to take a big step to digitalizations", - the vice chairman of the board of Sovcombank Alexey Panferov is convinced.

"We developed a product thanks to which banks and other business companies can obtain data from the state information systems. Use of efficiency of Rostelecom allowed Sovcombank to accelerate connection to a digital profile. Operational obtaining the confirmed information, including from a digital profile and a Single biometric system, guarantees its relevance and reduces time of issuance of credit", - the director of work with the state customers of RT Labs company Dmitry Kore said.
