RT Labs: The complex platform of access to SIEI (efficiency)

"The complex platform of access to SIEI" (efficiency) allows to simplify interaction of citizens and a business environment with administrative structures of all levels and also to optimize process of rendering services in electronic form. For minimization of cost of infrastructure and setup of the equipment efficiency it can be placed in the protected cloud platform of Rostelecom.

2020: Development of adapters for connection to infrastructure of the electronic government

On August 14, 2020 it became known that RT Labs, the subsidiary company of Rostelecom, developed a number of subsystems (adapters) which allow the commercial organizations to be connected to infrastructure of the electronic government. Adapters are a part of the complex platform of access (CPA) created by the company in 2018.

Adapters allow the commercial organizations to work from data citizens, received from state information systems. Using the solution it is possible to send requests in different state agencies and in the mode of one window to receive over 50 types of data from more than ten federal and regional executive authorities. Technical solution allows to be connected to services of the electronic government (to digital profile To the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS and to others) through System of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI).

Efficiency provides simplified identification using information from the Unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system) and also data protection using mechanisms of the electronic government. 2018: Inclusion of efficiency in the Register of domestic software

According to the order of the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation No. 347 of 7/5/2018 the "Complex platform of access to SIEI" (efficiency) developed by Rtlabs company is entered in the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases. Inclusion in the register is official confirmation of domestic origin of an IT product and its quality.

Efficiency allows to automate information exchange between participants of financial market and also with federal executive authorities. The solution is available as in the form of service – based on a cloud platform RT Labs, and can be set in DPC of bank.
