2018: Gazprombank demands 316 million rubles from the company

Gazprombank demands 316 million rubles from Internet Hypermarket LLC, which managed the Dostavka.ru online store. (240 million rubles of debt and 76 million rubles of interest), follows from the file cabinet of the Arbitration Court in February 2018. A loan for this amount was Dostavka.ru issued by sales house Gazprom Media under a 2014 agreement, follows from the materials of the court. 2013: Gazprombank acquires 21.1% stake in Dostavka.ru for RUR 225 mln

In the spring of 2013, Gazprombank separately acquired 21.1% of the manager of the Internet Hypermarket Dostavka.ru for 225 million rubles, that is, the entire online store was valued at 1 billion rubles, which approximately corresponded to its turnover. And when in the same year Sergey Kalugin was appointed president of Rostelecom, he completely left WebMediaGroup. As a result, Gazprombank gained control of the company.
