Education

Career

Since 1982, Dmitry Borisovich was engaged in scientific and production activities at the NPO Dalnyaya Svyaz and the Research Institute of Communications of the Navy.

From 1997 to 2010, he worked in senior positions at CJSC Metrocom, where from 2006 he was Deputy General Director, was responsible for technical policy.
