On August 19, 2020, Olga Kobyakova was appointed to the post of director of the Central Research Institute for the Organization and Informatization of Health Care of the Ministry of Health of Russia. She headed TsNIIOIZ instead of Vladimir Starodubov, who will now take the post of scientific director of the center.
