Zakhar Konstantinovich Kondrashov was born in the Leningrad Region.

Education

Graduated at St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications of the prof. M.A. Bonch-Bruyevich in "Design and technology of radio-electronic means" and at Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in "The public and municipal administration".

Since June, 2020 was the advisor to director general of JSC Microelectronic Research Institute Progress.

The solution of General shareholder meeting Zakhar Kondrashov is appointed the CEO of JSC Microelectronic Research Institute Progress (enters into Element Group). Since August 25, 2020 he is responsible for implementation of the approved strategy of the company and strengthening of its positions in the Russian market, reported TAdviser in Element Group. Zakhar Kondrashov replaced Andrey Savchenko who since December, 2018 held a post of the interim CEO of society.

Within the updated strategy "Microelectronic Research Institute Progress" will focus on gain of the design center and also development of the perspective technology directions.
