2020: The first version of Vinteo Video Recognizer

Russian the decision maker video conferencings Vinteo announced on August 27, 2020 the first version of the product Vinteo Video Recognizer intended for face recognition. The product will add functionality of program servers VIDEOCONFERENCING Vinteo and will allow to expand a scope of a video conferencing of a professional class (telepresence).

At the time of the publication of material final pilot tests decisions in networks of big customers are passed, there is an opportunity to purchase its test version. The complete version of Video Recognizer will be available to the order since September 1, 2020, the cost of the standard license for a year will begin from 700 thousand rubles. The product is developed together with Neytroniks Group - the general distributor of Vinteo in Russia.

One of the key Video Recognizer functions – authorization of conferees on the person at an input to the conference room, similar to the scanner Face ID in products of the company Apple. The important difference – Video Recognizer works with any equipment rooms and program terminals and protocols, without need to use PIN- the code (this option also remains).

In addition, the product in the dynamic mode is able to identify each participant of a meeting, to distinguish it equally on all involved devices and to show uniform information on it, regulating display depending on the status of a conference. For example, complete data of the participant with a full name, a position and regalia will be automatically output at communication with state structures, only a name – for holding internal meetings with colleagues, the signature in English – at an input in a conference with foreign partners.

The possibility of collecting of analytics which is built in Video Recognizer shows versatile statistics, depending on the customer's requests – reports on conferences, presence of participants (not just at the level of connection of the codec, and in dynamics – who exactly used it what participant came later what earlier), load of meeting rooms, regularity of communication of staff of the company with clients, etc. It allows not only to control working, production and educational processes, but also to estimate efficiency of use of infrastructure of VKS in general.

The development purpose – based on the Russian solution of a video conferencing of the class telepresence to create the system of "smart" video communications using which it is possible not only to optimize top-level large-scale conferences, but also to transform processes of rendering services to end users in the different industries – education, medicine, finance and many others, told in Vinteo. In particular, it is safer to make them – so, the system of face recognition will help to exclude frauds of bank workers with a design of the credits for the stolen passports, to accelerate the procedure of confirmation of the identity of borrowers for issuance of credits.

Video Recognizer is debut development in a segment of domestic artificial intelligence for video communications. Further in the company are going to increase examination and to add intelligence to write processes of conferences, recordings, search, to implement "smart" layouts, assistants and other tools, making a start from requests of customers.

For the companies which are already using the Vinteo VKS server, purchase of Video Recognizer means acquisition of the corresponding additional license. At the same time for customers with expanded support of the VKS server special conditions of purchase of a product are provided. If earlier the company did not use the solution Vinteo, first of all, it will need to purchase the license for the VKS server and separately – on the software for face recognition.

Deployment and the Video Recognizer setup in infrastructure of the customer are made by specialists of Neytroniks Group within several hours. Solution management is intuitive and does not cause difficulties in operation in non-management employees of customer companies. Initial one-time setup of conferences is also available, at the invariable list of their participants for a long time.
