2020: Solution development for accounting of the things issued in temporary use

On August 31, 2020 it became known that the Ramax International company developed the solution for accounting of the things issued in temporary use. The product is implemented based on the SAP Cloud Platform platform and received the certificate of SAP ICC.

The solution has the good potential of application. It can be demanded in hotel business (for accounting of dressing gowns, towels, linen and ware in hotel rooms), in the field of passenger traffic (the objects issued onboard) and in administrative activity of any enterprises (control of office equipment which is temporarily issued to personnel: notebooks, mice, keyboards, etc.). Owing to current demands of our clients first of all we customized it for operation in the industry of civil aviation, – the marketing director and PR of Ramax International company Denis Gasilin comments.

The solution allows to reduce considerably time for completing, recalculation of objects and to minimize their losses. The principle of work of the developed product for an aviation industry is based on drawing on the objects issued to passengers, RFID tags which stewards and storekeepers scan using the portable scanner. As a result information on the plaids issued in temporary use, earphones, pillows, etc. is instantly displayed in the web application. Users of the application can quickly see and control how many positions are issued how many it is returned, use term, an expiration date and other metrics.

It not the first solution developed by us on SAP Cloud Platform (SCP). Implementation on this platform has several advantages, such as existence of the services raising the development speed, simplicity of expansion of functionality, data security and others.
