2020: Development of the robot for accomplishment of the routine transactions connected with document flow

On September 23, 2020 the company GMCS announced development of the robot based on RPA- platforms UiPath for "JUICE Service Center Rus", the Russian division the Finnish of service company.

The robot assistant (UiPath attended the robot) exempted the staff of service company from accomplishment of the routine transactions connected with document flow. The robot addresses the ERP system of the company, finds, prints and sends to clients by email accounting documents (the account, the invoice, delivery notes), according to required parameters and conditions of formation of printed forms. Speed of execution of operations thanks to the robot assistant grew, and the quantity of errors decreased.

It is our first experience in area of robotization, and we are happy with the received results. According to the results of the examination conducted jointly with specialists GMCS we revealed some more sections which can be robotized, – Natalia Kadina, the chief financial officer "SOK the RUS Service Center" notes.

"SOK the RUS Service Center" is going to create competence center on RPA for further development of practice of robotization in the company.

Active project implementation phase dropped out for self-isolation. Despite it, thanks to the involvement of the customer into the project work on creation of the robot was continued. We will be glad and further to help "to SOK the RUS Service Center" with robotization of other processes, – Dmitry Smykalov, the head of practice of RPA of GMCS company comments.

The technology developed by us is capable to undertake the majority of the repeating business processes connected with document flow, releasing employees till 2 o'clock in day for more interesting and creative challenges, – Svetlana Anisimova, the CEO of UiPath in Russia and the CIS told. – In addition, in routine transactions the errors caused by a human factor are excluded now. We support the idea "SOK the RUS Service Center" to continue robotization of processes and in other directions.
