Biography

In 1998 Svetlana Anisimova got an education in MEI.

2004: Work in Alcatel-Lucent

From 2004 to 2012 worked as the sales director in Alcatel-Lucent where implemented a number of large-scale projects in the telecommunication sector of Russia.

2012: Work in Cisco in Kazakhstan

In May, 2012 Anisimova headed representative office of Cisco in the Republic of Kazakhstan where she performed the general management of activity of the company in the country.

IT market of Kazakhstan at that time was among the most quickly developing in the territory of the CIS. Every year the number of the large-scale integration projects implemented in different sectors of national economy with the assistance of Cisco grew.

With Svetlana Anisimova's appointment Cisco intended to continue to expand the activity in Kazakhstan, to offer and use various opportunities of use of infocommunication technologies for improving competitiveness of the local enterprises as in the local, and world markets.

Had to pay special attention of Anisimov to further development of a partner network, programs for increase in loyalty and satisfaction of customers and level of competence of partners, to continue development of programs of Network academy Cisco and Institute of an entrepreneurship Cisco.

As of 2012 in Kazakhstan based on the leading universities and colleges, at schools and private educational institutions 50 Cisco academies were open, over 6,000 listeners became their graduates. In the fall of 2012 the country's first Institute of an entrepreneurship Cisco opened in Astana based on branch of the Moscow Institute of Technology.

2016: Work in Microsoft Rus

In 2016 Svetlana Anisimova was appointed to the position of the director of business development in Microsoft Rus company. In April, 2017 held a post of the director of the department of work with corporate clients.

To Anisimova this position within four years was held by Arseny Tarasov who passed to a newly created position of the director of digital transformation in Russia and the CIS countries and was engaged in development of the cloud direction.

Svetlana was responsible for sales of software products of the producer in a segment of large business in the territory of Russia and the CIS.

2019: Work in UiPath in Russia and the CIS

In April, 2019 Svetlana Anisimova was appointed the CEO in Russia and the CIS in UiPath company, the technology leader in robotization of routine business processes. Svetlana has more than 15-year experience in the field of sales and management of information technologies of multinational manufacturing companies in emerging markets.
