"The league of Digital Economy" develops the situational center of the governor of the Volgograd region

2020: Support of the information and analytical platform Almaz

The league of Digital Economy implements the project on development and support of the situational center of the governor of the Volgograd region. On September 30, 2020 the AT Consulting company reported about it. The modified version of the information and analytical platform of the center allows to provide operational and strategic management by the region, to trace the course of implementation of national projects in the territory of the region and also to provide monitoring of performance indicators of activity of the first person.

Situational center represents an automated system at the head of the region which core is the information and analytical platform of "Almaz" the resident company "Skolkovo" - Inleksis LLC.

A system was implemented in 2018 by forces of the AT Consulting company entering into League of Digital Economy. In two years of development – the situational center was complemented with functionality which allows more advanced analysts to work with ETL processes, to directly build in the scripts in the Python and SQL languages, to configure ML models and much another.

The automated system provides monitoring in the key directions of social and economic and social and political development of the region and also monitoring of the sphere of security.

Large-scale work on integration of this analytical system with the most priority information systems operating in the Volgograd region was carried out. A system allows in a convenient and evident type to provide to the guide of the subject the visualized analytical information in more than 12 forms that allows to make the management decisions based on data. Thus, support of acceptance of operational and effective management decisions is provided.]

The organizational and technical complex according to the concept of a distributed network of sitcentre is created. It provides digitalization of the major functions, such as monitoring of the federal projects implemented within national projects, tracking of performance indicators of work of the governor, the analysis and forecasting in social and economic, social and political spheres and also in the field of complex security. A system is built in such a way that is not afraid of time calls – whether it be questions of security during the FIFA World Cup, during large social and political actions or ensuring preparation of complex analytics during counteraction of a koronavirusny infection of COVID-19 – flexible analytical tools will allow us to work with the minimum time expenditure, – Victor Kucherov, the head of department of functioning of the situational center of the governor of the Volgograd region (the center of information technologies of the region) told.

The customer received the instrument of monitoring and management. Implementation and real life application of similar IT services provides implementation of the Digital Economy of Russia national program and is an integral part of work of authorities. For our company the project is important in terms of experiment on development of the software product for management officials.
