2020: Installation of robots disinfectors

The robot disinfector began to work in Sakha Polytechnical lyceum of the city district the city of Yakutsk. On October 1, 2020 the Press center of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic in Moscow reported about it.

Disinfection is performed at the expense of two special lamps located on a front mast of the body of the robot.

The updated robots of steel three times easier than the previous models can also perform disinfection near people.

The updated model of the robot disinfector is capable is unceasing to work within four-five hours due to reduction of weight of an object and optimization of electricity consumption. Dimensions of the robot decreased by 3 times at the expense of the updated frame designed especially for the Vedroid "Foton" robot disinfector. The weight of this model is only 42 kg whereas previous weighed 130 kg.

Further developers hope to lose the weight of the robot on 10 kg and to provide employment duration within at least six hours.

The robot moves along the set route and disinfects the large territory, can process the area to 2,000 square meters. Robots of an otcentrovana – it is accidental to drop them it will not turn out. Perhaps, in the future we still will lose weight on 10 kg, having applied a lithium-pol cell. For October, 2020 we use gel accumulators, – one of solution designers, the resident of the SVFU Arctic innovation center Nikolay Potapov noted.

Earlier the vedroid-disinfector was tested in clinic of the city of Yakutsk after a working shift of employees. In Nikolay Potapov's plans - to equip schools and places of mass use: cafe, theaters, shops.
