Since 2005 Yury Pesnya together with Nikolay Tamodin and Victor Yarutov was a cofounder of Rosservice company.

2010: Sale to T&T Telecom company

In February, 2010 Tieto completed gotovivshayusya about a year purchase of St. Petersburg T&T Telecom, before working under the name "Dizayn telecom". Transaction amount of the party is not disclosed.

Pesnya called revenue of the company in 2008 – $12 million. "We did not sum up the results of 2009 yet, but according to our forecasts falling of revenue will be about 30%", - he added. All 80 employees of T&T Telecom passed to work into the Russian Tieto. Yury Pesnya became the head of the telecom direction in the Russian representative office.

In the rating of CNews of the largest IT service providers for telecom operators "A telecom the design" takes the 19th place with revenue from projects in the field of telecommunications in 2008 more than 229 million rubles. In comparison with 2007 this indicator dropped by 3.1%. The share of telecom projects in total sales was at the level both years of 82%. Earlier Pekka Wilyakeinen told CNews that from an investment program of 100 million euros of 30 million of euros will go for purchase of the Russian system integrators. He said that all amount which is not planned for acquisitions was invested in this transaction and it is necessary to expect other acquisitions.

Experts are also sure that the price of T&T Telecom is far from the full amount selected with Finns for purchases in Russia. "It is quite difficult to estimate asset cost, considering null information on an indicator of net profit, - Eldar Vagabov, the analyst of Finam investment company says CNews. – Nevertheless, it is possible to give such assessment, proceeding from the business cost relation to total revenue". The analyst took as a basis public group of the IT companies - IBS which shares are traded at the exchange. Its capitalization and revenue is known. The cost relation coefficient to revenue (Enterprise value to sales) for this organization makes 0.42. "Therefore sold T&T Telecom can be estimated approximately at $3.5 million, a maximum – $5 million", - Vagabov concludes.

"It is possible to estimate transaction volume proceeding from the fact that for telecom operators the price is 1-2 annual revenues now, - Oleg Taynov, the commercial director considers "Prestige Internet". – 1.5 annual revenues are up to standard the operator with an indicator of EBITDA of 15-25%. I believe that at the similar company rendering IT services to operators and banks, this coefficient is lower, and the purchase price did not rise higher than $12 million".
