Biography

Denis Rybchenko was born on May 9, 1974 in the city of Zarechny, Penza Region.

Education

In 1996 he graduated from Penza State Technical University with a degree in System Engineering Engineer.

In 2001 he graduated from the master's degree in Applied Political Science at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow.

Career

Since 1996, he worked as a developer at Kristall OJSC (g Penza.).

Since 2000, he worked at NetCracker Technology Corporation, participated in projects to introduce the company's solutions to customers in the USA, Australia, France and Canada, and went from developer to director of the Comstar-OTS program and MGTS.

In 2009, he moved to the position of Director of the Project Management Department of CJSC En Di Group, where he managed the company's project portfolio.

Since 2011, he worked at PJSC Sberbank (CJSC Sber Tech""), where, being the IT manager of the Sberbank CKD (MIS) program, he managed the construction and development of corporate data stores bank and the formation of internal expertise as head of the MIS/CKD Department of Expertise and Practices of Sber Tech CJSC. Then he moved to the position of leading business partner of the Center for Technology Development of the International Operations block of Sberbank PJSC and oversaw IT subsidiary banks, projects and, data management analysts as well as relationships with vendors.
