Biography

Denis Rybchenko was born on May 9, 1974 in Zarechny of the Penza region.

Education

In 1996 graduated from the Penza State Technical university majoring in "Systems engineer".

In 2001 ended a magistracy in the Applied Political Science direction in Higher School of Economics in Moscow.

Career

Since 1996 worked as the developer in JSC Kristall (Penza).

Since 2000 worked in NetCracker Technology corporation, participated in implementation projects of solutions of the company to clients in the USA, Australia, France and Canada, there passed the way from the developer to the director of the program Comstar-OTS and MGTS.

In 2009 passed to a position of the director of the department of maintaining projects of En Dee Group Ltd where managed a project portfolio of the company.

Since 2011 worked in public joint stock company Sberbank (SberTech data warehouses bank and supervised ") where, being an IT program manager of TsHD (MIS) of Sberbank, also the practician of SberTech Ltd managed creation and development corporate and formation of internal examination as the head of department of MIS/TsHD of Department of examination. then passed to a position of the leading business partner of the Center of development of technologies of the block Mezhdunarodnye operatsii Ltd of PJSC Sberbank IT subsidiary banks, projects data management and analysts and also vendor relations.

2020: The head "Big Data" in Technoserv Group

The Technoserv company, the Russian system integrator, announced on October 7, 2020 appointment of Denis Rybchenko as the head "Big Data" who conducted subject of data management and analytics in SberTech company earlier.

Denis Rybchenko works more than 20 years in the field of IT implementations, from them 15 years – in the field of management of large projects and 10 years – in the field of data management and analytics.
