2020: Implementation "Integra 4D-mother Earth"

The patented production software technologies Integra-with - the Intellectual integrated digital platform "Integra 4D-mother Earth" are applied to ensuring transport security on Krymsky Bridge and approaches to it. It became known on October 9, 2020.

The task to construct automobile and the railway bridge through the Kerch Strait was delivered by the president Russia Vladimir Putin before Ministry of Transport March 19, 2014, already next day after declaration of sovereignty of Russia over the Crimea. Began to build the bridge in February, 2016 the Customer constructions of the transport passage acted Federal state institution "Management of the federal highways "Taman" Federal Road Agency". On design and construction LLC was appointed the contractor Stroygazmontazh. By its order development of the project documentation was performed by Giprostroymost Ltd.

Within the developed concept of the digitalization based on application of digital clones and 4D-GIS the integration platform "Integra 4D-mother Earth" as an ecosystem of smart services of resource management is a geographic information system (GIS) of the high level in which all components of a monitoring system (video cameras, sensors, devices, etc.) are tied to geographical coordinates of Earth and time, creating the evident virtual 4D-world with objective reality.

Throughout the transport passage through the Kerch Strait and approaches to it (about 200 km) the platform creates the multiscale, dynamic digital copy of the infrastructure consisting for October, 2020 of about 100,000 various sensors and about 10,000 video cameras which protect space both over the bridge, and under it.

In management of the transport passage through the Kerch Strait several different systems of continuous monitoring and a video are applied. The technical video surveillance system Integra Video of the integration platform, is constructed on neural network video analytics, and includes the cameras mounted on the route from which records continuously come to a storage system under control of Raidix software. Data from video cameras together with indications of sensors of weather conditions come to the central dispatcher station in which operational observation of the movement along the bridge and its status is conducted. Separate video cameras monitor the movement of a motor transportation flow on approaches to transition.

The platform by means of TSSOI Integra Planet performs collecting, generalization and information analysis about a status and events on the bridge and approaches to it in real time. With its help authorized persons obtain all necessary data which are available in databases of a system and databases of intelligence agencies and also the recommendation about actions in the developed situation. Electronic passports of objects allow all interested services to obtain remotely the comprehensive information about an object status, presence on it of people, escape routes and a configuration of an internal system of security.

A system is applied, in the water area of five seaports of the peninsula – Sevastopol, Kerch, Yalta, Feodosiya and Yevpatoriya^[1].
