Integration platform "Integra-Planeta-4D"

One of the most large-scale developments of consortium is the global integration platform "Integra-Planeta-4D" which can become a basis of a single system of security on the scale of the state. As components of this platform can be used and the systems of digital video surveillance developed here (Integra Video), control and access controls (Integra-SKD), automatic photovideo fixing of violations of traffic regulations (Integra-KDD), recognition of numbers ("Integra is the Video Car"), railway cars, tanks/containers ("Integra is Video railway"), accounting of parking spaces (Integra Parking), etc.

The unique integration platform "Integra-Planeta-4D" as basis for the Single system of security in scales of Russia, is capable to provide control of a situation in real time on thousands objects and to solve a problem of complex security of the vital state objects. A system provides the centralized control of unlimited number of objects from the simple sensor to a hardware and software system, automatic control of subsystems of video surveillance, access control, traffic and other elements making it.

And the type and scales of an object have no basic impact on overall effectiveness. It can be stationary and mobile, single and object groups, including and territorially extended – the cities, the states and regions. Consolidation of a set in a single system provides a comprehensive protection of crucial objects of the military and state value.

2018: Certificate of ProtectionInfoTrans

The consortium "Integra-with" in February, 2018 announced obtaining the certificate of conformity on the technical system of data collection and processing Integra Planet No. ZIT 3.001.18. The document is issued to Federal State Unitary Enterprise ProtectionInfoTrans.

The certificate of conformity confirms that the technical system of data collection and processing Integra Planet (TGRSh.26.30.50.003TU) conforms to requirements to the functional properties of the technical systems of data collection and processing of technical means of ensuring transport security set by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 26, 2016 No. 969.

2017

GIS is patented

On January 24, 2017 the Integra-with company announced patenting of GIS "Integra-planeta-4D".

The Samara company "Integra-with", the resident of a cluster of information technologies of Skolkovo Foundation, developed a geographic information system of "Integra-planeta-4D" in which the image from surveillance cameras is tied to coordinates on location. A system gives to the user the chance to select a point on the map then automatically connects all cameras from which this point is browsed and displays broadcasting. According to developers, to them such solution was not applied anywhere in the world. The company announced patenting of an invention[1]

Integra-Planeta-4D

For January, 2017 Integra-Planeta-4D - a geographic information system (GIS) of the high level.

A system in which all objects, sensors, devices, the video image are tied to geographical coordinates and time.

The integration platform "Integra-Planeta-4D" is applicable for work as with small objects, for example, single buildings or mobile means, and with territorially extended objects, such as cities, regions, states.

"Integra-Planeta-4D" the Dawn, etc. works running operating systems with Linux open source codes.

Features:

  • GIS of the high level. Integration with different geographic information systems (GIS) of "Open Street Map", Yandex, INGEO, Panorama, etc. It allows to detail gradually each object on the card.
  • 4D-measurement. 3D - use of three-dimensional models of objects with a binding to geographical coordinates on location; 4D – time. As a result - a product which is created for problems of visualization of changes of objects and a condition of equipment of time, with an opportunity, as well as viewing the events which took place earlier in different temporary scale, and forecasting of future;
  • 3D - graphics.
  • Video image binding to geographical coordinates. The operator selects the interesting place on the plan, designating it by the mouse cursor, and a system itself outputs images from cameras which visibility range includes the specified place.
  • Binding to geographical coordinates of objects, sensors, cameras and other devices;
  • Function of "Live picture". Imposing of the video image on the three-dimensional plan of an object.
  • Open protocols. Simplifies process of integration of the equipment of different producers;
  • Display of underground and elevated services, monitoring of their status;
  • Tracking. Tracking of provision of objects in real time;
  • Encoding of communication channels.
  • Digital signature.
