Avaya announced on October 15, 2020 solution development of Avaya Client SDK which offers all necessary tools and can be customized according to specific objectives – for the whole industry or for group of specialists. SDK – Software Development Kit – convenient "designer" for individual software development who allows to create quickly user interfaces on the basis of solutions of Avaya for unified communications and joint work.

The SDK application client is available through a partner ecosystem of Avaya DevConnect on the Avaya Client SDK Developer Hub platform. This platform provides to developers of library JavaScript for computers with OS Linux, specialized SDK for computers with OS Windows and MacOS and mobile devices Android and iOS, interactive online documentation, examples of applications, technical articles and reference materials on API. On the basis of these data developers can independently combine available functionality for creation of solutions on the following directions:

• Communication services: all necessary for integration of a voice, video, instant messaging, conference communication with search of contacts and joint work.
• Planning and management of meetings
• Services of record and strimingovy services
• Telephony: functionality of Avaya Vantage
• Tools for customer interaction: all elements for creation multichannel (a voice, video and the SMS) the agent
• Data storage: access to services Avaya Breeze which are used for tracking of a way of the client
