2020: Cost reduction on logistics
The retail network of cosmetic goods Girlfriend and the Russian Quickborn Consulting implemented Oracle Retail Merchandising System and Oracle Retail Trade Management for achievement of goals of assortment advantage and optimization of logistic expenses. On October 19, 2020 Quickborn reported about it. The solutions of Oracle implemented less than in a year using Quickborn Consulting allowed to reduce costs for logistics of Girlfriend and to provide observance of regulatory requirements.
Despite big quantities of the questions connected with the customs and tax law of the Russian Federation we managed to implement a system in a short time. We made the solution digital - implemented calculation of delivery cost of goods only on the basis of electronic documents of state bodies, suppliers and partners, at the same time having minimized influence of the person on all supply chain.
