2020: Implementation of platforms for work in information systems

On October 20, 2020 Krasnodar International Airport of Catherine II announced implementation of platforms Ivanti Service Manager and Ivanti Endpoint Manager for work in information systems of the company.

Use of software products of Ivanti, in work of the air harbor, allowed to overcome the restrictions existing earlier in a system and considerably simplified and improved indicators of IT in the company.

At implementation of Ivanti Service Manager much attention is paid to creation of profile dashbord and reports as much as possible to visualize approach to processing of a flow of requests by different departments.

For October, 2020 in permanent use of the airport Krasnodar more than 10 dashbord which are aimed both at rapid response by engineers, and at the analysis of the current situation heads. 100 IT employees and 1500 users are connected to full-time employment with a system. A system allowed to create operational monitoring and to keep the reporting under SLA (the agreement on the level of providing service), with reduction of actual level of delay of tasks with 20-22% to 2-6%.

Existence of huge functionality and all processes, necessary for IT, give to a system high potential. The Ivanti Endpoint Manager platform implements complex approach to infrastructure management, namely program and hardware inventory of all park of the equipment numbering 1,500 devices.

After the beginning of use of Ivanti Endpoint Manager, we began to collect operational data of high accuracy. Had an opportunity of package service of any software without use of resource-intensive or manual options of distribution - Timofey Savchenko tells.

In plans – development of this directions and also implementation of process of management of problems. For October, 2020 at the airport Krasnodar it is implemented integration ISM also EPM with management systems of TO and service, unloading of data for the analytical systems of visualization. In the future the company is going to integrate the systems of century 1C.
