Customers: Taksovichkof

St. Petersburg; Transport

Project date: 2020/10

In October, 2020 Taksovichkof began to test the unmanned vehicle. In this project the service of the order of the taxi cooperates with equipment manufacturer for protection of the Starlayn cars and  the developer of artificial intelligence technologies Ralient.

Unlike  the majority of other developments,  including the main Starlayn UAV, in  this car not  lidars and  radars, but  only one camera are used,  by data with  which algorithms Ralient obtain volume data on  the environment. The camera is capable to distinguish cars, pedestrians and  other objects on the road  and also distance to  them and  their  sizes.

It is explained that failure from lidars and radars became possible thanks to use of the module 3D - recognitions that in turn allows to reduce the cost of development of the unmanned vehicle several times. The module is capable to detect objects, distances and their sizes from one camera without use of other sensors. All this shows the potential of AI technology of Sol SDS and its opportunities (Sol SDS is the artificial intelligence for unmanned vehicles developed by Ralient), says the press service Taksovichkof.

The examinee the car counts every second millions of options of development of the situation on  the road, creators explain. The UAV is capable to work in  any climate and   under any weather conditions  —   from-20 to +50 degrees.

Growth of number of unmanned vehicles will reduce death rate and  will allow our children to live in  the safe world where it will be possible  not to be afraid of inadequate or drunk drivers. We  will be able to make safe  not only the central cities of Russia with  good infrastructure, and  the whole country. In  it feature of our technology  — the CEO of Ralient Artem Krivich told.[1]
