Beltel constructed low-current infrastructure of new hotel Mövenpick Moscow Taganskaya

On October 23, 2020 BELTEL company announced completion of construction of low-current infrastructure of hotel of a premium class Mövenpick Moscow Taganskaya with the zone SPA and the pool which became the first hotel of a brand in Russia. Within the project 25 systems are implemented.

The Mövenpick Moscow Taganskaya hotel under control of the international hotel operator Accor occupies the space about 11,000 sq.m. In the building eight floors, apart from two underground. To services of guests 154 numbers, including five luxury numbers and also three conference rooms, bar, restaurant, the fitness center and the SPA center, the including swimming pool, a sauna and hammam.

The project is recognized by the winner in the "Best Implemented Project of Construction of Hotels" nomination according to the solution of a city tender committee and results of an open city voting.

Infrastructure of a data network of hotel includes the equipment of wire and wireless line access for ensuring communication of administrative and guest segments of a building LAN. The solution includes about 1100 ports wire and about 100 wireless access points. Modern highly productive programmatically-equipment rooms solutions of Aruba NRE provide the service quality conforming to the highest standards of Accor.

The telephone network of hotel with a capacity of 220 ports is implemented based on communications system of Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX with the interface with PMS and a packet of Hospitality.

By SCS of hotel it is constructed based on solutions of Eurolan company. The vertical (trunk) subsystem is implemented on a fiber optic cable of category OM4, a horizontal subsystem – on copper cable 6 of category. All network is built on topology "A hierarchical star".

For holding actions the hotel offers three hi-tech conference rooms of 33, 63 and 110 square meters with the complex multimedia infrastructure including all necessary systems for holding different actions there are display systems, sound amplification, audio-video of switching and management of premises.

Fixed assets of display select projectors of an install series of Vivitek, as duplicative means of display – screens of Samsung. For projectors the automated elevators brackets and projection screens with the electric drive are used.

As a fixed asset of scoring the ceiling acoustics of Extron connected to the scanning presentation switch with signal transmission on the twisted pair cable and audio the power amplifier is set. Such solution is optimal for sredneformatny conference rooms thanks to simple installation and setup and also combination of functions of video switching, sound amplification and-embedirovaniya a sound and transfer on columns at once.

For convenience of guests architectural Extron hatches are integrated into tables, for a wireless output of content the ShareLink Extron system is used.

As the head device of a management system it is used processor Crestron, and for the user interface tablets iPad. Control of all multimedia devices in premises is exercised using the processor, using special modules control of curtains, conditioning systems and lighting is exercised.

For informing guests on the actions which are taking place in conference rooms and also for navigation and providing the reference and ad info the system of digital signs (Digital Signage) implemented based on the solution of at-visions company and TVs of LG is used. Displays are installed in a lobby, the hall and at inputs in conference rooms. The Digital Signage system allows to manage all content from one point.

The number of rooms of hotel is equipped with hotel TVs of Samsung. Thanks to the IPTV system from at-visions different information and entertaining services, for example, movies from Netflix library on the television screen are available to guests, and the hotel locates the effective instrument of promotion of services of bar, restaurant, SPA center and other additional services.

The automation system and schedulings of BMS (Building Management System) is implemented based on Siemens Simatic controllers. Control of the engineering systems is exercised from the local boards set in technical premises of the building and united in a single network of Ethernet. The centralized monitoring and control of the engineering systems is exercised from the automated workplace (the personal computer with the preset software of the top level of Siemens WinCC) located on the central post of protection.

For management of the engineering systems of number the solution based on products of Siemens and VDA companies is used. Interaction of controllers of Siemens with the VDA control panels is performed on the bus KNX. Using touchpads guests can regulate climate and light in number, provision of blinds. A system provides comfortable stay of lodgers and promotes increase in energy efficiency of the building thanks to control of presence of the guest at number and optimal operation algorithms of room automatic equipment. This system is integrated with the PMS and BMS systems.

The most important priority of hotel is safety of guests and personnel. The security system including the system of security and disturbing signaling, the automatic fire warning, the ACS and the system of security video surveillance and also the warning system and managements of evacuation of hotel is constructed on the monovendor solution of BOSCH company. The cover of the top level (BIS) from the same producer is also used that allowed to implement a unified environment for security systems and to avoid difficult and labor-consuming setup. As a result the customer received a functional and failsafe system with the friendly interface which operation will allow to save funds for attraction and training of additional specialists and also will allow to configure necessary functionality with ease.

High-quality rest of guests of restaurant, the fitness studio and SPA zone is promoted by background scoring and management of lighting from tablets.

In a project deliverable the low-current infrastructure conforming to requirements of Accor which allows to provide to guests the service corresponding to the level of hotel of a premium class is constructed and also to provide effective operation of the building.
