Education

1985: UPI

In 1985 he graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute named after S.M. Kirov (since 2010 - Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin) with a degree in radio engineering with the award of qualifications as a radio engineer.

1998: MPP

In 1998 he graduated from Ural State University of Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit, and was awarded the qualification of an economist.

2006: HSE

In 2006 he graduated from the State University "Higher School of Economics," program: "Pricing for defense products."

Career

2003: Deputy General Director of OKB Novator

From February 10, 2003 to May 31, 2006, Deputy General Director, General Designer of Novator Experimental Design Bureau for Economics.

Since June 1, 2006 he was Deputy General Director, General Designer of Novator Experimental Design Bureau OJSC for Economics and Finance (since February 2015 it has been renamed JSC OKB Novator).

Since September 15, 2011, he has been a member of the Management Board of JSC OKB Novator.

Since September 12, 2017 - Deputy General Director of JSC OKB Novator for Economics and Finance.

2009: Neiva Bank

On April 24, 2009, he was elected to the Board of Directors of Neiva Bank LLC (re-elected: April 24, 2015 and April 16, 2020).
